ラディカル・フレーム映画祭では、ショートフィルムシリーズの第12巻を発表できることを誇りに思います。

ラディカル・フレーム・フィルム・フェスティバルのアイデアは、何年も前にデンバーの活動家、アーティスト、友人たちのグループが、ビデオ・アクティビスト・シネマのメッセージを世間の注目を集めることを決めたときに始まりました。

ローカルでもグローバルでも、現在の社会的・政治的情勢を踏まえ、考えさせられる映画や討論の場を提供するという私たちの使命は、これまで以上に重要になっていると感じています。

私たちは、環境、人権、社会的不公平、反グローバリゼーションなどを含むがこれらに限定されない問題を扱う、進歩的、左派、急進的、反人種差別的、実験的、先見の明のある映画を上映することに全力を注いでいます。

ラディカル・フレーム・フィルム・フェスティバルでは、インディペンデント・アーティストが隔年で集まるこの素晴らしい祭典で、世界中のあらゆるジャンルのインディペンデント映画が上映されます。

ラディカル・フレーム・フィルム・フェスティバルは、映画製作者がメインストリームの枠を超えて活躍できるフォーラムです。

ショートフィルムシリーズは、新進気鋭の映画製作者や定評のある映画製作者によって制作された、真に独立したショートフィルムにスポットライトを当てます。 その目的は、国を問わず、誰もが夢に向かって歩み、情熱と目的を持って人生を歩むための一歩を踏み出せるようにすることです。

オンライン活動とあわせて対面での開催となります。

対面形式で、2025年4月1日から6日まで、アラウコ州の州都レブ市とチリのビオビオ地方のコンセプシオン市で開催されます。 コンペティションの展示には、国内外のバーチャルサブ会場が設けられています。 CINELEBUは、2018年以来、国際アニメーション、リージョナル・フィクション、インターナショナル・フィクションの3つのカテゴリーで短編映画をオスカー® アワードの対象とするチリ唯一の映画祭です。2023年以降、ゴヤ賞とマルカ・チリの資格も獲得しています。

What do our audiences really want Film Festivals to be?

What do filmmakers really want from Festivals these days?

Very few can be markets or premieres, even publicity machines. How can we deepen the utility of festivals for the creative community?

Festivals deliver intelligent and engaged audiences to the films. Can we deepen the relationship between the fans and the creators?

How do we utilize cinema’s power to activate?
Can we work together so that films gain better momentum festival to festival and unleash the power of the combined festival community in some way?

Are we utilizing the strength of the festivals as an information gathering and dissemination tool as fully as we might?

What information is not being gathered when we collect films and crowds and can we change that?

This is the data age. Are we embracing transparency as fully as we might?

As trusted curators of this colossal heap of cinema culture, how do we really make a difference on a long term basis?

Is a short burst of guidance enough?

Growth requires consistency and do we provide that?

We are the filter, the trusted source. Film festivals are discovery platform for films that might otherwise be ignored. How to carry that over to the online environment?

How do we transform young people into loyal cinema lovers?

We are losing the youth. Can we stem the tide?

Directors' Fortnight Kolkata is first of it's kind from India. The festival will be curated by a Curator.

The Venue of the Festival will be at "Doab", One and only independent filmmaking space in Kolkata. The festival program includes Seminar, Talks, and Workshops as an attraction along with the Live screening of International Films.

During the festival, The Venue "Doab" will also reflect Artistic endeavor of a few Award winning Fine Art Artist. Directors' Fortnight Kolkata will give an unforgettable experience to its Participants.

True Edit Award – You create a short film using only the material (audio/visuals) provided by the 90 minute feature without losing the essence of the story!
Creative Edit Award – Or you create a 5 minute edit using different music (or even add a few visuals from another source) and be as imaginative as you can!

Lancaster International Film Festival is held in the historic city of Lancaster, England. The city is famous for its Castle, Cathedral and Priory, and was the location of the infamous Pendle Witch Trial of 1612.

The fourth Film Festival to be held in the city, it is our mission to bring to the people of Lancaster the best in Independent Filmmaking from around the world.

Over 95% of our programming is selected from our open submission process to allow new and emerging talents the opportunity to have their work recognised and brought to an audience.

We aim to have an engrossing selection of feature films, backed with a huge array of arresting short films, and a selection of short and feature-length documentaries. The ABP FLY MOVIES 2016 event organized by the Brazilian Association of Paragliding, will take place simultaneously to the 22nd Clinical & Paragliding Brazilian Congress on days 18, 19 and 20 November 2016 in the city of São Pedro - SP and is an open festival both professional and amateur filmmakers.

Films are accepted, animations, documentaries or visual montages whose theme is air sports of the following ways: paragliding, hang gliding, paramotor, trike, paratrayk, parachuting, speedy fly, ballooning, wingsuit, glider, base jump, kite, model airplanes, boomerang, aerobatic airplanes and / or helicopters. Also films will be accepted whose theme is the flight of a bird.

The "Oregon Short Film Festival" is a showcase of independent short films from around the world for the Portland, Oregon audience in the Northwest USA. One full Saturday of 100 short films will be compiled and screened at the Avalon Theater on Blu-Ray DVD. All short films that are under 20:00 minutes in length are eligible for submission. We are looking for creative works with good acting, original ideas, fresh concepts, great production value and strong writing. Women in Focus emerged in 2009 with the aim of encouraging the promotion and protection of women's rights through film, through the dissemination of films that allow give visibility to the violation of their rights and encourage debate. In this way he sought to create an open standard for men and women around the world space where open dialogue between genres and promote the active participation of the whole society to defend the full exercise of human rights, with a focus on the situation women in the world. They worked on a broad call, unlimited sex, age or origin, and with the conviction that change is possible only from the inclusion of attention.

The axis of Women in Focus is on the woman and her history of violations, to disseminate and denounce the naturalization of the unjust conditions they are facing, and give visibility to the diversity of social, cultural experiences and forms of organization, aiming thinking about other possible worlds. Through films about women also understand and discuss the construction of gender and how it is all of society we seek.

FICUNAM, the UNAM International Film Festival, was founded by the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2011. The intention of the Festival is to promote the exhibition in Mexico of critical and innovative cinema, both domestic and foreign, in a space open to reflection, discussion of ideas, and networking. The editorial line of the Festival represents its political stance, in terms of aesthetics’ politics.

The seventh edition of FICUNAM will be held from February 21st to 28th, 2017. The award ceremony will take place in Mexico City on Tuesday 28th of February, 2017.

The Exposure Short Film Festival returns for it's 2nd year on February 11th 2017!

Hosted by the University of Glasgow's Queen Margaret Union, the festival aims to give amateur filmmakers the opportunity to show off their wonderful work to a wider audience, receive feedback from experienced judges, and have the chance to win the coveted Best Picture award trophy, as well as a range of other prizes. Most importantly Exposure promises to be a day of celebration for short film and hopes to give the directors, writers, animators, and actors involved an easy and helpful step forward in their future careers.

With multiple short film screenings throughout the day showing a variety of talents across a range of different genres the festival will be a treat for all film lovers. The Union's bars, cafe, and restaurant will be open for the duration of the festival allowing audience members to attend any showing they please and enjoy the talent on show with a few cheap drinks, some great food, and hopefully have the chance to meet the filmmakers themselves!
