FESTIVAL ECOFILM 8ª EDICIÓN / COMER SOSTENIBLE

ECOFILM es un Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes Ambientales que se celebra anualmente en México. Responde a la necesidad de crear conciencia sobre temas ambientales promoviendo la producción audiovisual y la cultura ecológica con soluciones que equilibren a los seres humanos en interacción con su entorno.

ECOFILM apoya sus acciones a través de la colaboración y la asociación con instituciones, empresas y personas comprometidas con los temas ambientales prioritarios en la agenda internacional. El intercambio de ideas se funde en un solo evento: competencia entre artistas, conferencias, invitados especiales; un prisma de emociones, ideas y visiones con una nueva comprensión del mundo

El Festival Audiovisual Inclús es un festival de producciones audiovisuales, tanto documentales como de ficción centrado en la temática de la discapacidad física y mental. Es una iniciativa impulsada por la Associació Inclús y llevada a cabo por la productora audiovisual Fish Muvi.

El objetivo del Festival Inclús es dar visibilidad a trabajos audiovisuales elaborados alrededor de la temática de la discapacidad y con un punto de vista diferente. Ya sean creados por entidades que intervienen directamente en el mundo de la discapacidad, o por personas u otros colectivos, su objetivo es dar a conocer la realidad más profunda de las discapacidades.

Somos también un festival inclusivo, es por eso que este año hemos añadido dos nuevas secciones a concurso, Inclús Valores, cine para niños y adolescentes de temática social y Cine en Signos, cortos en lengua de signos.

El Festival tendrá lugar del 10 al 16 de diciembre, en Barcelona. Se realizará un pase de material audiovisual de los finalistas según las diferentes categorías. Se premiarán las mejores obras presentadas. Inclús se centra en producciones audiovisuales pero también presenta otras actividades y disciplinas artísticas con el fin de dar visibilidad al sector.

Desde 2013, el Festival Internacional de Cine por los Derechos Humanos Colombia ofrece a los asistentes una programación audiovisual, cultural y académica que le aporta a la formación de públicos, al fortalecimiento de las industrias cinematográfica y cultural, a la creación de espacios de diálogo en torno a la vida, la reconciliación, la promoción y defensa de los derechos humanos, y a la construcción de ideas para la paz.

El Festival es el escenario ideal para la comunidad fílmica de Colombia y el mundo que le apuesta a la narración audiovisual con enfoque en derechos humanos, por eso se convierte en la principal plataforma de promoción, circulación, distribución y exhibición de obras audiovisuales cuya demanda es limitada debido a su temática poco comercial.

El Festival se realiza de manera simultánea en las ciudades de Cartagena, Barranquilla, Medellín, Cali, Bogotá, Manizales, Pereira, Quibdó y en cerca de 20 municipios del país.

#VIEWCONFERENCE es el principal evento internacional en Italia sobre gráficos por ordenador, técnicas interactivas, cine digital, animación, VR/AR, juegos, efectos visuales y narración inmersiva.

VIEW CONFERENCE è un evento internazionale a cadenza annuale incentrato sulla computer grafica, le tecniche interattive, il cinema digitale, l'animazione, i videogiochi, gli effetti visivi, Realta' Virtuale e aumentata e storytelling immersivo.

Las Inscripciones están abiertas para cortometrajes, narrativas y documentales, así como videos musicales e incluso películas experimentales. El X Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes Shorty Week 2023 se desarrollará a comienzos de septiembre en el Castillo de Santa Catalina de Cádiz. Allí se podrán ver los cortometrajes participantes en las diferentes secciones competitivas y la entrega de premios.

Carmarthen Bay Film Festival ha ido de fuerza en fuerza a lo largo de los años. Desde nuestro primer festival en 2012, hemos pasado de 35 inscripciones a más de 750 de 60 países diferentes para nuestro festival 2019. No sólo han aumentado las inscripciones a lo largo de los años, sino que también ha aumentado el número de cineastas y patrocinadores del festival.

Hemos tenido cineastas volando desde Estados Unidos, Australia, Holanda, Italia, Francia y muchas partes del Reino Unido. El número de socios del festival también ha crecido con Stradey Park Hotel, BAFTA Cymru, RTS Wales, University of Wales Trinity St. David, Felin Foel Brewery, Carmarthen Cameras y muchos más. El festival es ahora una calificación de BAFTA Cymru/Gales, lo que significa que cualquier película proyectada durante el festival y hecha aquí en Gales es elegible para ser considerada para un premio BAFTA Cymru.

Nuestro 8º festival ha visto algunos cambios significativos, durante los últimos siete años, el festival se ha celebrado en el Stradey Park Hotel aquí en Llanelli. El hotel ha sido muy solidario, y sin su ayuda, el festival no habría podido despegar. Así que con el respaldo total del Parque Stradey, sentimos que era hora de seguir adelante y probar algo nuevo. Así que para 2019 el CBFF se celebró en uno de los principales teatros de Gales en el centro de Llanelli, lo que trajo una nueva y emocionante dinámica y sensación al festival.

También estamos muy orgullosos de tener el nombre de John Hefin asociado con el festival.
Con el premio John Hefin por su trayectoria en cine, televisión o teatro. Y estamos encantados de que John Morgan de JM Creative haya aceptado este premio durante nuestra gala de premios 2019.

John Hefin se involucró por primera vez en el trabajo de televisión en 1960, cuando respondió a un anuncio en un periódico para asistentes de producción de aprendices. Durante la década de 1960, trabajó como productor y director para BBC Wales. En 1974, ayudó a crear la telenovela en lengua galesa Pobol y Cwm, la telenovela de televisión más larga producida por la BBC. También co-escribió y dirigió la película de comedia de rugby Grand Slam de 1978, y dirigió la serie de 1981 The Life and Times of David Lloyd George. Esta serie de nueve partes, un biopic basado en el Primer Ministro de Gales, se basó en conversaciones con Lady Olwen, su hija mayor, y AJ Sylvester, su secretaria. En 1984, John fue el director de la narración de una versión animada de la historia infantil del príncipe Carlos El viejo de Lochnagar.

Después de su puesto como Jefe de Drama en BBC Wales, trabajó en el Departamento de Estudios de Teatro, Cine y Televisión de la Universidad Aberystwyth. En 1988, se convirtió en director artístico de Film Cymru (que más tarde pasó a llamarse Wales Film Council), encargado de encargar películas a productores galeses independientes utilizando fondos S4C. También fue presidente de la Film Commission Wales, y presidente de Cyfrwng, una revista de medios galeses y una red. Se retiró de la BBC en 1993. John fue galardonado con el MBE en 2009, por «servicios al cine y drama galés». En 2012, fue galardonado con el Premio Especial BAFTA Cymru por su destacada contribución al drama televisivo.

The Viewster Online Film Fest (#VOFF) is an international online event that attracts, displays and rewards features, short films, series, web-series and documentaries that are not always as famous as they should be. It’s a community moderated contest where the public audience will create a shortlist out of all qualified entries.

Essentially the Viewster community and your fans will watch, share, discuss and vote for their favorite entries. They will help to curate the entries with at least the top ten moving onto the finals. After that our Jury of Experts - Ted Hope, Nora Tschirner and Timo Vuorensola - will select the winners to be announced December 8, 2014 on http://festival.viewster.com.

The theme for the fourth #VOFF is "Share It Forward." and asks for the issues that are most important to you today.

Shake up our cushy lives, open our eyes, make us laugh, cry or even outraged. For #VOFF 4, show the world the issues that are most important to you today—big or small. You might be passionate about the environment, human rights, public health, politics, social justice or something entirely different that deserves attention. Whether you get your message across through fiction, non-fiction, with humour, in a direct or an abstract way, let's see your passion to influence and make a difference. #VOFF 4 is your chance to bring your message in front of millions of viewers, who will discuss, support and share your cause. We want to take it one step further this time. In addition to the juried awards, we will contribute to an organisation making a positive impact by the choice of one of the projects.

The CINE AZUL FESTIVAL OF INTERNATIONAL CINEMA began as a showcase of environmentally themed films with a vision to advance public understanding of the environment through visual arts, challenging the way people think about nature, inspiring them to discuss and jointly explore different alternatives to become part of the solution on environmental issues.

The 10th International (environmental) “CINE AZUL” Film Festival “SURrealidades”, celebrates 20 years of walking in awareness and harmonization with the environment. Exhibiting, Circulating and contributing to the Formation of Audiences through Cinema committed to issues such as Climate Change, Food Sovereignty and Spiritual Crisis among others.

The Film Festival is environmental in nature, for this reason we consider that the implicit theme is already there, now we invite you to reflect in a sense from the different Parcelas (sections) of the Festival and it is from those Chagras where we develop a dialogue. To celebrate these 20 years of journey in our 10th version, we look at the Theme of PALABRAS MAYORES.

From the “CINE AZUL” perspective we observe this an ideal historical moment, to listen again to those ancestral words, those aboriginal languages, those uses and customs that maintained harmony and balance with their environment, with Mother Earth, with PachaMama, those words that spoke of prophecies that are fulfilling today.

After Ten editions in (2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2020) SURrealidades “CINE AZUL Festival” is now a consolidated biennial contest in Colombia breaking new ground in promoting the circulation, screen and production of the environmentally and human rights-themed International audiovisual.

The Green-Go International Short Film Contest aims to gather environmentally and socially conscious youngsters to organize the contest and the festival on one hand, and on the other hand, to inspire youngsters to creatively express their ideas in a
short film format. With the shorts, we aim to raise awareness on environmental and social problems at global, European and national level. With Green-Go festival, we wish to create the basis of a sustainable green film event that activates both youngsters and the civil society, attracts interested people and stakeholders and generates dialogues within the whole society about key eco-social questions.

Within the film contest, we accept shorts in three categories to reflect on European awareness, global environmental and social problems and the connection between biodiversity and society.

The Green-Go Short Film Contest is generously supported by the European Commission.
