ReAnimania International Animation Film Festival of Jerewan wurde 2008 von Karikaturist, Maler und Animator Vrej Kassouny gegründet.

Armeniens Animationsgeschichte begann 70 Jahre zuvor mit der Veröffentlichung des ersten armenischen Films Lev Atamanov (geb. Levon Atamanyan) Der Hund und die Katze im Jahr 1938.

In dem Bemühen, das Handwerk sowohl im Geiste als auch im Namen zu ehren, hat das Festival seither die Kunst des animierten Filmemachens dem armenischen Publikum wieder eingeführt.

Das Festival umfasst eine Auswahl von mit Spannung erwarteten nicht-kommerziellen Features und Shorts mit 15 Turnier- und Nicht-Wettbewerbs-Programmen und ein Marktforum für Animationsprofis (MARANI). Das Festival bietet auch eine Reihe von praktischen Workshops, Seminaren, Meisterkursen und Vorträgen, die von einer Vielzahl globaler Talente der Branche präsentiert werden.

Das Festival ist zu einer Plattform für Entwicklung und Förderung auch über Armeniens Grenzen hinaus geworden. Als größte Veranstaltung im Südkaukasus (und das einzigartigste in seiner Klasse) spielt ReAnimania eine wichtige Rolle bei der Überbrückung von Ost und West. Es wird zu einem der wichtigsten aufstrebenden Festivals, erhält mehr als tausend Filmeinreichungen und zieht Zehntausende aus der ganzen Welt an. In seiner 8. Auflage wird ReAnimania bereits zu einem der bedeutendsten jungen Animationsfilmfestivals aus aller Welt und begrüßt Wettbewerber, Besucher und Animationsliebhaber aus mehr als 75 Ländern.

Ziel von ReAnimania ist es, die Grenze Armeniens durch Animations- und Animationsfilme auszudehnen und auszudehnen.

Coachella Valley International Film Festival is preparing for our first fantastic festival of independent filmmaking from April 28, 2017, under the stars.

CVIFF is dedicated to celebrating the works of independent filmmakers from around the world, and we pay special attention to ultra low-budget films by first and second-time directors.

THE IDEA
Well aware that the Swiss mountains are one of the broadest and richest natural environments in the world, as well as a fruitful economic, cultural and touristic region, the Association International Festival of Cinema, in collaboration with the Municipality of Pontresina, decided to launch the ‘Swiss Mountain Film Festival'

The aim of this Italo-Swiss project is to pay a tribute to the mountain areas of Switzerland and of the whole world, that is to the so-called Highlands of the World.

The Filmfestival
‘Swiss Mountain Film Festival’ is addressed to all those directors who have chosen the mountain as the main subject of their cinematographic works, paying particular attention to its landscapes and to the culture and traditions of its people.

The competition is open to all films and documentaries having the
highlands of the world, and especially alpinism, as their main subject.

The aim is to dedicate a whole week to the cinema and the mountain, a combination of two passions which will create a unique and unmissable event.

BOSIFEST ist das Internationale Dokumentarfilmfestival für und von Menschen mit Behinderungen, das einzige seiner Art in Südosteuropa, das dieses Jahr zum sechzehnten Mal vom Hendi Center Koloseum in Serbien organisiert wird. Wie in den letzten fünfzehn Jahren wird auch in diesem Jahr eine große Anzahl von Filmen auf der großen Leinwand gezeigt, sowohl im wettbewerbsorientierten als auch im nicht wettbewerbsorientierten Teil. Bisher hatten die Besucher des BOSIFEST die Möglichkeit, 850 Filme zu sehen, die das Leben von Menschen mit Behinderungen zum Thema hatten oder die von behinderten Autoren geschaffen wurden.
Neben Filmvorführungen bietet BOSIFEST zusätzliche Programme in Form von Workshops, Podiumsdiskussionen und Diskussionsrunden.

Super! is the festival showing shorts made by teenagers, full of art, movies, workshops, courses and parties! Super started in 2013, out of the wish of some teenagers to have a space to screen their films and to meet other people who have the same passions as they do.

What makes Super SUPER, what makes it unique is that only teenagers can screen their films here, so it is all about in-born talent, about passion and not about sophisticated film schools or artificial technique. We don't have big budgets or high-tech equipment, but our shorts are immediate reactions to the world we live in, experiments in which other young people can find their own ideas and problems.

The festival encourages youth to make film- both beginners, who are encouraged through workshops, and teenagers who are already making films, through our screenings and awards.

Super has got to exist due to the lack of cinema-related education in schools, and thus youth needs the impulse to start shooting and making great films. Young people need to know they have a place where to screen their shorts.

60Seconds is a Copenhagen-based film festival projecting selected short films in the urban space since 2006, and transforming the streets into URBAN cinemas. The films must be about this years theme, just one minute long and with no sound or credits in it- we will ad the credits in the last editing.

“A Corto di Donne” supports the creativity of women, offering a place of confrontation to those filmmakers from all over the world who have chosen to express an original point of view on social issues and inner feelings of our time, by means of an innovative cinematographic language.

Only short films directed by women, and completed after January 1st 2014, can be submitted. Accepted genres are: Fiction, Documentary, Animation, Experimental. The maximum length allowed is 30 minutes.

The 4th COLOMBIAN QUEER FILM FESTIVAL is an annual non competitive LGBT film festival created by Fundación Cineteca Pública de Santander, to reward and celebrate each films of Colombian and international filmmakers, who make visible an aesthetic-political nature with discussions on gender, diversity of sexual orientation and identity along with films in commercial circuits and festivals, to generate intercultural encounters and consolidate organization processes and self-representation.

Castellaneta Film Fest is an International short film and music videos festival, held in a beautiful town in Puglia, Italy. The festival Valdarno Cinema Fedic founded in 1983 as competition for members of Fedic - Italian Federation of Film Clubs -, one of the nine associations recognized by the Department of Performing Arts, the only one that deals, as well as vision, also of film production.

The G Awards are a non-profit festival, promoted by the Department for Culture and Tourism of the City of Naples, for short movies, music videos, documentaries and cartoons organised by a very young passionate about cinema and video-maker. The purpose of the festival is to spread the cinematographic culture to people of all the ages and to make known works both by professional and young people, since it is also open to underage video-makers.

Short movies/cartoons: authors aged 14 and over can participate; short movies/cartoons must be between 1’ and 35’ long; we accept Italian works and foreign language works subtitled in Italian.

Das Asian Summer Film Festival möchte die asiatische Kultur durch die in den Ländern des Kontinents produzierte populäre Kinematografie präsentieren.

Das Festival hat mehrere Kategorien wie einen wettbewerbsfähigen Bereich, Retrospektiven, Vorführungen für Kinder und Themenabende. Letztes Jahr wurden 40 Titel aus China, Hongkong, Thailand, Südkorea, Japan und Indien gezeigt, einige von ihnen waren Weltfestivalpremieren, europäische Festivalpremieren oder spanische Festivalpremieren. Die 18 Filme, die in der offiziellen Sektion programmiert wurden, konkurrierten um den Jurypreis, den Lucky Cat Award, der vom Publikum an den besten Film im Wettbewerb verliehen wurde, und den Critics' Choice Award.

Bases 48. Lugo Film Week (Spanien). Wird vom 21. bis 26. September 2026 gefeiert (SECILUGO 48).
