Iaşi ist als Kulturhauptstadt Rumäniens bekannt und ist ein Symbol in der rumänischen Geschichte und wird immer noch als Moldauische Hauptstadt bezeichnet, die das wichtigste Wirtschafts- und Geschäftszentrum der moldauischen Region Rumäniens ist.

Das Festival findet einmal im Jahr statt, der gesamte Prozess der Auswahl und Vergabe findet online statt, am Ende jeder Ausgabe finden Live-Vorführungen statt.

An unserem Standort werden insgesamt 10 Filme gezeigt - die AWARD-GEWINNER (Bester Film, Silber, Bronze, Special Erwähnung) und die CATEGORIES AWARD GEWINNER (Animation, Dokumentarfilm usw.).

Festival Overview & Vision (15th Edition)
The 15th edition of DIFF was organized as a grand five-day cinematic gala from May 4 to May 8, 2026, in New Delhi. The festival was hosted in prestigious collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
The mega event culminated in a vibrant closing ceremony that stood as a testament to art, global diplomacy, and the power of narrative. This year, the festival achieved monumental scale by showcasing 178 films representing over 51 countries, making it a true global melting pot of storytelling.

General Rules & Regulations for Filmmakers

1. Eligibility: Films must have been completed after a specific date (usually the last 24 months).

2. Subtitles: All non-English films must have English subtitles.

3. Exemption: As an MIB-exempted festival, we prioritize artistic integrity, but films must comply with international screening standards.

4. Format: Initial submissions should be through secure online screeners (Vimeo/YouTube with password or digital upload).

5. Selection: The decision of the DIFF Selection Committee and Jury will be final and binding.

Rules & Terms

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:

(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)

(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)

(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)

(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.

2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.

3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.

4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.

5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.

6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.

7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.

8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).

2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.

3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.

4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.

5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.

6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.

7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.

8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

The Twin Tiers International Film Festival is dedicated to finding, promoting and encouraging new filmmakers to showcase their films and let their voices be heard. We will foster an engaging and inspiring atmosphere in an historic setting with small town flair.

We decided to create a festival where feature films would get the recognition they deserve. Too often, film festivals include features as one category, as such they all compete for the same award(s). It is about time to change course on this standard and recognize all the different genres of features so that certain genres will not be overlooked as sometimes they are. We know you have put so much hard work into creating your film and we want to recognize you!

Every film submitted to us will be viewed start to finish and graded by our judging panel of industry professionals. Our goal is to showcase as many films as possible across all film genres of any length. We have a big heart for local film and encourage local filmmakers to submit their work, regardless of experience. We also want to encourage international filmmakers to submit and visit the festival!

We know how hard the festival circuit can be. We are filmmakers ourselves. We want to invite you to our festival which is all about you, the filmmaker. Each filmmaker should feel that they and their work is of the upmost importance. At the festival, we will provide ample networking opportunities for our filmmakers. Also, various workshops will be scheduled to allow you to maximize your festival experience. We love film and we hope you'll love our festival and continue to choose to show your films with us! Short films only: under 30 minutes.

Submitted films must have been completed after 2017 and 2018 and they must also be Galician. This means they must have been either produced by companies or people from Galicia, directed by a Galician director.

Music videos must be Galician too. It means they must be either related to a song from a Galician musician or directed by a Galician author.

Das Cisterna Film Festival ist ein internationales Kurzfilmfestival, das jährlich im Juli in Cisterna di Latina, Italien, stattfindet. Im Laufe der Jahre hat sich das Festival als lebendiger Treffpunkt für zeitgenössisches Kurzkino etabliert und zeigt herausragende Werke aufstrebender und etablierter Filmemacher aus der ganzen Welt. Das Festival wird vom Kulturverein Mobilitazioni Artistiche organisiert und von der Gemeinde Cisterna di Latina gefördert. Die künstlerische Leitung liegt bei Cristian Scardigno.

Von 2015 bis 2025 präsentierte das Cisterna Film Festival eine große Auswahl an nationalen und internationalen Premieren, darunter Filme, die auf großen Festivals wie Cannes, Venedig, Berlin, Sundance und Clermont-Ferrand gezeigt wurden, sowie preisgekrönte Werke, die mit den renommiertesten Filmpreisen ausgezeichnet wurden, darunter den Academy Awards, David di Donatello Awards, César Awards und Goya Awards.

Seit 2017 bietet das Festival eine Sektion „Focus“, die jedes Jahr einem bestimmten Land gewidmet ist und den kulturellen Austausch und den internationalen Dialog durch das Kino fördert. Im Herzen der iranischen Hauptstadt Teheran gelegen, zollt Fajr International Film Festival eine Hommage an hochwertige nationale und internationale Filme. Es ist eine Veranstaltung, die den kulturellen Austausch feiert, kreative Leistungen von hochgelobten Cineastern und Newcomern zeigt und Filme präsentiert, die künstlerischen Beitrag zum Medium fördern. Nach der Absage des Festivals im Jahr 2020 aufgrund des Ausbruchs von COVID-19 wird die 38. Ausgabe des Internationalen Filmfestivals Fajr vom 26. Mai bis 2. Juni 2021 in Teheran unter der Leitung des iranischen Filmemachers Mohammad Mehdi Asgarpour stattfinden.

CortiFestival Cine Escolar wird im Ámbito Cultural von El Corte Inglés in Alicante und Elche (Spanien) stattfinden.

CortiFestival (Bildungszentren): Kurzfilme von Studenten, die darauf abzielen, die audiovisuelle Sprache in den Unterricht zu bringen und das Kino als didaktisches Werkzeug in Bildungszentren einzuführen.

CortiFestival (Profis): Kurzfilme von Profis oder Enthusiasten der siebten Kunst gemacht, mit einem Thema für Kinder und Jugendliche, wo Bildung in Werten vorhanden ist.

TIRANA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL ist das erste internationale Filmfestival, das 2003 als eines der wichtigsten Filmveranstaltungen in Europa ins Leben gerufen wurde.

Wir freuen uns sehr und fühlen uns geehrt, als offizielles Qualifikationsfestival für Academy Awards® und European Film Awards ausgezeichnet zu werden. Es ist wirklich eine enorme Chance für unsere Filmemacher und zukünftigen Gewinner des Best Short Film Award, auch für Student Academy Awards (SAA).

TIFF zielt darauf ab, sowohl in Albanien als auch in der Region ein kulturelles Zentrum des weltweiten alternativen und unabhängigen Kinos zu schaffen. Albanien ist ein solares, enthusiastisches und freundliches Land und neben der „starken Konkurrenz“ will TIFF gleichzeitig ein Treffpunkt der Kulturen sein, an dem die Menschen in Tirana, die Gäste und alle Filmliebhaber eine Woche der Kommunikation in Kinosprache haben werden.

TIFF möchte einen freundlichen Raum schaffen, in dem Filmkünstler und Kinobegeisterte aus Albanien, Europa und der ganzen Welt zusammenkommen und ihre gemeinsame Leidenschaft und ihr Wissen über die Filmkunstform teilen können. Die Absicht von TIFF ist es, Filmemacher, Produzenten und Verleiher aus der ganzen Welt nach Tirana zu bringen, in der Hoffnung, die zukünftige Zusammenarbeit in diesem interessanten landschaftlich reizvollen Gebiet zu fördern. Durch die Zusammenführung dieser unterschiedlichen Stimmen und ihrer Arbeit verpflichtet sich TIFF, dem Publikum alternative Visionen von außergewöhnlicher Vielfalt näher zu bringen. „Think Different, Watch Alike“ ist der Slogan und das Motto von TIFF.

TIFF zielt darauf ab, eine starke Effizienz bei der Publikumsentwicklung (insbesondere gegenüber einem jungen Publikum) zu demonstrieren, indem Aktivitäten vor, während und nach der Veranstaltung durchgeführt werden, einschließlich einjähriger Aktivitäten und Reisen in andere Städte mit verschiedenen kleineren Partnern und kleineren Festivals im Land. Die Partnerschaft mit kleinen Organisationen und Jugendzentren im ganzen Land, um die vorhandenen Einrichtungen in jeder Stadt zu nutzen, wird dem TIFF nicht nur eine große nationale Wirkung verleihen, sondern auf der anderen Seite die Wertsteigerung kleiner Veranstaltungen in der jeweiligen Stadt, in der TIFF präsent sein wird, steigern.

Das Festival erhält jährlich aus über 120 Ländern auf der ganzen Welt Tausende von Einreichungen aus der Online-Einreichung über Online-Plattformen, die sich für die Auswahl bewerben. TIFF ist eine internationale Kinoveranstaltung, deren Hauptziel es ist, die Anzahl der Veranstaltungsorte und die Zeit der Vorführung europäischer und außereuropäischer Filme aller Genres und Dauer in Albanien zu erhöhen. Es wird als Veranstaltung angesehen, um ein neues Publikum im ganzen Land zu gewinnen, indem Filmvorführungen mit öffentliche Debatten und thematische Debatten, die sich einem neuen und wachsenden Filmpublikum nähern und sich auch auf Filmkompetenz konzentrieren.

Das Tagesprogramm von TIFF kombiniert mehr als 200 Premieren von Spiel- und Kurzfilmen im Wettbewerb in allen Formaten und Genres: Fiktion, Dokumentarfilm, Animation, Experimental- und Videokunst. TIFF steht allen Filmemachern aus der ganzen Welt offen und zeigt neue filmische Arbeiten etablierter Regisseure mit internationalem Ruf sowie Filme von talentierten Studenten und jungen Künstlern.

4. DREHBUCH CONTESTIFF
Besteht in der Anwendung von originalen Live-Action- und Animationskurzfilmdrehbüchern und anderen Kurzform-Skripten aller Genres (max. 20 Seiten).
Der besagte Wettbewerb zielte nicht darauf ab, nur das beste Drehbuch zu bewerten, sondern von unseren Partnern, Produzenten und Verleihern das beste und mögliche Drehbuch zu bewerten, das von ihnen produziert werden sollte und mit den größten Chancen, erfolgreich auf den beliebtesten internationalen Festivals für Kurzfilme vertrieben zu werden.

B. SONDERPROGRAMM & VORFÜHRUNGEN
Neben dem Wettbewerbsprogramm reserviert TIFF einen großen Raum für die speziellen Programme und Vorführungen.

1. FOCUS ist ein spezielles Programm, das auf einer Hommage oder Hommage an den Kinoautor und/oder der Filmografie eines bestimmten Landes basiert.

2. RetrospectiFF und TIFF Classics bringen die prominentesten nationalen oder internationalen Autoren der Filmgeschichte dem neuen Publikum näher.

4. REFLECING ALBANIA ist das älteste Programm des Festivals, das ausländischen Filmemachern gewidmet ist, die ihre Filme in Albanien oder im albanischsprachigen Raum produziert haben. Festiffal ist ein spezielles Programm mit ausgewählten Filmen von Festivalpartnern.

C. NEUE FUNKTIONEN — PARALLELE VORFÜHRUNGEN

Das TIRANA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL freut sich, vier wichtige Dienstleistungen für die Bewerber bekannt zu geben. Seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 2003 erhielt TIFF über 40.000 Kurz- und Spielfilme aus über 120 Ländern auf der ganzen Welt. Aus all diesen Bewerbungen können jedes Jahr mehr als 200 Filme für das Wettbewerbsprogramm ausgewählt werden. Mit diesen vier neuen Diensten bietet TIFF die Möglichkeit, viele Filme auf alternative Weise (TV, Online, Markt, spezielle Programme) einem breiteren Publikum und Experten zu zeigen.
Die Antragsteller müssen sich optional eindeutig für jede dieser neuen Dienstleistungen bewerben.

• TIFF.TV-Wettbewerb
Mit unseren Medien-TV-Partnern bieten wir Regisseuren die Möglichkeit, ihre Filme (ausgewählt für das offizielle Wettbewerbsprogramm oder nicht) dem albanischen Publikum zu zeigen und die TV-Jurys und Publikumspreise zu gewinnen.

• TIFF auf Tour
TIFF wird als Botschafter für die eingereichten Filme fungieren und im Laufe des Jahres mit einer Auswahl in andere albanische Städte reisen. TIFF wird auch Sondervorführungen für andere regionale Festivals vorschlagen, die einem bestimmten Thema oder Thema jedes kollaborativen Festivals entsprechen.

• TIFF-Online-Bibliothek
TIFF bietet die Online-Präsentation jedes Films auf einer eigenen Seite als Teil einer Filmbibliothek mit allen zugehörigen Informationen und mit der Möglichkeit, Kommentare des internationalen Internetpublikums und der internationalen Industrie zu erhalten. Die Vorführung von Filmen steht allen kostenlos offen. Die Filme können in der Filmbibliothek angesehen werden, solange der Regisseur/Produzent dies wünscht.

• TIFF Market Corner
TIFF wird eine Marktecke schaffen, in der potenzielle Käufer alle Filme ansehen und ihre Auswahl treffen können. TIFF wird auch als Festivalförderer und Distributor auftreten. Im Falle eines Finanzvertrags mit einem Vertriebshändler erhält TIFF eine Gebühr von 5%.
