Cultural Association “Visione Arte” (Art Vision) presents the 11th edition “Corti in Cortile” which has recently turned into International Short Film Festival.

The festival is held in Catania, Italy- Sicily,
from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd September 2019.

The Festival wants to be a showcase for national and
international emerging independent productions. The contest is open both to Italian and foreign authors.

DIGO, XIIe Festival international du film sur le genre et la diversité sexuelle de Goia, est le premier festival de films au cœur du Brésil à aborder des questions telles que la diversité, le genre et la sexualité, en présentant des œuvres audiovisuelles contemporaines et en demandant des critiques historiques. Notre objectif principal est de sensibiliser le public à ce sujet, afin de promouvoir l'inclusion, le changement social et le respect des autres. En tant qu'événement international, l'équipe de DIGO croit également en l'importance de la communication interculturelle. Cette édition sera en ligne. Les soumissionnaires doivent accepter le film en ligne pendant une semaine.

The festival is organized by the Udada Festival Trust (UFT) and seeks to develop a local and regional audience by showcasing films that have been done by women for women and are not necessarily distributed in local cinemas or television. Special attention will be given to African films made by women and films pertaining to African women.

The mandate of the UDADA Film Festival is to:

Facilitate interaction between women filmmakers; and women filmmakers and their audiences;
Support and encourage women involved in film production;
Increase the exposure of new productions written and/or directed by women;
Showcase women productions to the Kenyan and International film industry for future ventures;
Provide opportunities for professional development;
Provide a marketplace for industry. In essence, a reverse trade mission providing local filmmakers and producers access to the national and international film industry;
Develop and offer youth programs to develop the next generation of filmmakers.

18 FESTIVAL DU FILM EXPÉRIMENTAL CINETORO

CINETORO est projeté comme une école de festival transdisciplinaire, dédiée à la pratique curatoriale et à la formation des cinéastes, en jetant des ponts entre les talents émergents et les artistes nationaux et internationaux de premier plan, et en promouvant l'analyse et la critique liées à la production et à la réflexion qui sous-tendent le cinéma expérimental et l'animation.
Nous défendons un cinéma où la poésie et l'art dialoguent, dont les limites dépassent le cadre de la spectacularité, de la justesse technique, des sujets et des formes à l'ordre du jour. C'est un cinéma imparfait, qui accepte sa condition artisanale et qui cherche à retrouver la conscience de la corporéité, en réfléchissant, en problématisant et en remettant en question la construction de l'image et du son.
Un cinéma à empreinte territoriale, qui redessine, mute et s'affirme devant le monde. Redéfinir le territoire, transformer le point de vue sur la ruralité et fournir à la communauté des espaces d'appropriation des connaissances.

Ce que nous entendons est-il vivant ?

Un son lointain gronde dans l'obscurité de la pièce, un appel provenant des profondeurs abyssales de l'océan, une chanson pénétrante qui attire et lie. L'auditeur accède au décalage temporel et saute dans le vide. Ce saut comporte un danger et, en même temps, c'est une rencontre avec l'inconnu. Ces films qui sautent, qui cherchent dans l'obscurité, dans l'ombre, dans le mystère, dans le spectral, dans le son mais aussi dans le silence, sont ceux qui nous intéressent dans cette édition.

Le son, en tant que mouvement, peut révéler la dimension temporelle d'une image, qu'elle soit immobile ou en mouvement. Plutôt que de simplement soutenir les images d'un point de vue sémantique, le son peut leur servir d'axe structurel. Nous recherchons des films qui explorent les diverses relations entre l'image et le son ou qui traitent le son comme une matière plastique. Que ce soit par le biais d'une approche conceptuelle où le son structure le film ; ou où la voix a du poids non seulement pour ce qui est dit, mais aussi pour ses qualités : la voix en tant que matière plastique, révélation et réverbération ; ou où la musique, au lieu de simplement accompagner l'image, devient un élément structurel du film lui-même. Des films qui prennent forme grâce au son.

Nous voulons plonger dans les profondeurs du son, afin de pouvoir, les yeux fermés, voir et écouter tout en nageant et en nous immergeant, étant donné que, du point de vue théorique ou curatorial, ces eaux ont été peu explorées du point de vue théorique ou curatorial.

Les chants abyssaux agissent comme un appel, et c'est à cet appel que nous voulons répondre dans cette édition. Nous recherchons des animations, des documentaires, des fictions, des films hybrides et des expérimentations qui résonnent avec ces chants, avec cet appel à voir et à entendre différemment.

About the Festival

“Animax Skopje Fest” is the first animated film festival in Macedonia. We regard it as a unique opportunity to present local Macedonian creative potential in their home country; the audience will get a clear picture of what is currently in Macedonia created in this field. The festival is by nature competitive and is open to animators from around the world. The main reason why we decided to organize an international festival of animated film in the Republic of Macedonia, is the desire and need for this animated film to get a wide door in Macedonia.

Profile and Mission

The festival is the right address for anyone interested in animation as a way of communication, as a way of expanding horizons, as an effort to support a cultural form and spend leisure time in creative and constructive way, as part of a global trend of creative industries in Europe and the world. “Animax Skopje Fest” is organized by the production company “Auripigment”, in collaboration with the Association of Citizens Creative Center “Tintiri - Mintiri” of Skopje, Macedonia, with the support of Ministry of Culture of Republic of Macedonia. The main mission of “Animax Skopje Fest” is:
Promotion of animation in Macedonia;
Increasing the awareness for animation in Macedonia as a part of important cultural (creative) industries;
Contacting and communication between artists in Macedonia and abroad;
Promotion of dialog between filmmakers, designers, animators, artists, producers and viewers;
Organizing seminars, forums, workshops.

Who We Are

Production company “Auripigment” is working about 15 years in the field of audio - visual arts in the Republic of Macedonia, producing feature films, TV series, feature series, documentaries and entertainment programs intended for the widest audience. Most of the projects are characterized as projects of national interest to universal values. In this list of projects is included one of the latest projects of the production company, the first Macedonian international festival of animated films “Animax Skopje Fest”. Currently the production company “Auripigment” has produced documentary “Hristo Uzunov”, while in pre - production and production are five projects including a feature film. Festival “Animax Skopje Fest” aims to unite and encourage all animators in the Republic of Macedonia and to facilitate verification and presentation worthy of their creative potential and product. “Auripigment” production team knows quality and potency of Macedonian authors and therefore deemed it necessary to put the festival in the service of the promoter and ‘exporter’ of aesthetic founded animated audio - visual works arising from Macedonia. In fact, this festival aims to raise and build culture in terms of making animated films for adults and children who present different aspects of everyday life. The authors of these films from around the world participate in this festival by sending their animated films. Animax Skopje Fest is held in November each year. The last night of the festival, most successful animated films are awarded with prizes, which have undergone previous round of competition and are being elected as awarded by the jury - the commission. On the other hand, our team closely monitors developments in the field of world animation and also as past years, this year and in future plans to carry the best of the world in Macedonia. This is illustrated by the previous two editions of the festival, in which were reported over 400 high quality animated films from more than 35 countries worldwide. While this year's edition reported more than 200 animated works from more than 40 countries from all around the world, which this time, also, will compete for the main prize “Golden Brick”.

Le 10e festival du film d'horreur Morce-go Vermelho - GOIAS HORROR FILM FESTIVAL - est un festival de films au cœur du Brésil, qui proposera des œuvres audiovisuelles contemporaines et une restauration historique liées aux thèmes de l'horreur, du suspense et de l'horreur. Le Festival peut proposer des productions de fiction, expérimentales et d'animation ainsi que des ateliers et des débats.

Le festival a un caractère international et tous les auteurs avec des films conformes à d'autres propositions peuvent participer. Les films sélectionnés en compétition seront jugés dans deux catégories :
1. La durée des films individuels soumis est limitée à 15 minutes.

Le festival international du film Imagine This Women's (ITWIFF) vise à amplifier et à autonomiser les femmes indépendantes et aspirantes et les cinéastes non binaires du monde entier.

Le 8e festival annuel du film féminin Imagine This présentera des films originaux, audacieux et audacieux réalisés par des femmes et des cinéastes et conteuses non binaires, des questions-réponses, des panels éducatifs et des événements spéciaux.

The central theme of this edition is "Territories, showing resistance".

This theme seeks to generate debate and thought about the processes of resistance that are taking place in Colombia regarding the care and dignification of the territories. We start from the relationship of body and territory, and we claim that in that exercise of counting our territories (those we inhabit and those that forced us to leave) and the struggles that are in them, we are revealing resistances.

La version 12 du Festival international du film d'Antofagasta, ANTOFACINE 2023, se tiendra du 14 au 18 novembre, dans la ville d'Antofagasta et dans d'autres lieux de la région.

Le Festival du film d'art urbain colombien (CUAFF) est un festival de films indépendants basé à Bogotá, en Colombie. -> All films must have been made in or after 2012 and have English subtitles (unless English is the main language spoken); A creation date does not apply in case of the screen writings from being stopped for submissions, but the submitted must be in English or have a copy translated in English;
-> We accept shorts, documentaries, animations, experimental, music videos, web and new media, commercials (all specified previously under 45 minutes); feature films and feature documentaries (any length, 45 + minutes);
->A description between 50 and 150 words;
->Trailer (not required for movies under 7 minutes; optional) and the film must be submitted as an on-line screener (Vimeo preferred) which may be embedded on the website for visitors to see your creation; you can further opt for modifications in your entry;

Digital Griffix film awards changed a bit over the years and is now an IMDB listed international online awards competition taking place each three months.

Each three months our jury determines the best films in each category. Note that we do NOT screen films online or onsite. The films are screened privately by the jury. Our goal is to help filmmakers take the next step in their career. Our jury is composed of award winning filmmakers who perfectly understand the hard work put in independent filmmaking !

BUDAFEST is a Budapest film festival dedicated to the glocal culture. 2016 is the first edition. It will be the feast of the brotherwood of two people and of two movie worlds: the Italian and the Hungarian.

We will connect the world with Budapest and Budapest with the world: we have the Magyar section and the international one. We have also a special section dedicated to very fast movies, maximum 3 minutes. This section, called BUDAFAST is a contest, the "Easy Ticket" to the global market for young filmmakers, with no other limit of age and nationality but a fresh, immediate vision of the world & a new way to shoot it.
