Das jährliche Eko International Film Festival (EKOIFF) ist ein internationales Filmfestival in der Küstenmetropole Lagos im Südwesten Nigerias.

Es wurde 2009 von Hope Obioma Opara gegründet und gegründet. Hope Obioma Opara ist auch CEO von Supple Communications Limited, unter dem das Festival Holden steht. Er ist auch Herausgeber des Supple-Magazins, einem Filmfestival- und Kulturmagazin in Afrika, das Vorschauen und Kritiken von Filmen und Interviews auf www.supplemagazine.org zeigt.

Die Mission des Eko International Film Festivals ist es, die Wertschätzung von Kunst und Kultur durch Filmkunst und -wissenschaften zu fördern und den Tourismus in Nigeria zu fördern.

Das Eko International Film Festival ist Eigentum (Marke und Urheberrecht) und wird von Supple Communications Limited organisiert.

Die Eröffnungsausgabe fand im Sommer, vom 7. bis 12. Juli 2010, in der Millionenstadt Lagos in den Genesis Deluxe Cinemas of The Palms in Lekki, Lagos, mit Filmemachern aus Nigeria und der ganzen Welt statt

Unser Filmfestival findet in seiner 15. Ausgabe vom 21. bis 26. April 2025 statt

HEMOGLOZINE ist eine kulturelle Veranstaltung, die auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene gestärkt wird. Ein Filmfestival, das sich auf die Genres mit größerem Einfluss und Anhänger in der ganzen Welt konzentriert, Horror, Science-Fiction und Fantasy-Genre.

Kurz gesagt, HEMOGLOZINE besteht aus:
-Ein internationaler Wettbewerb, wo neue Werke von Horror und Fantasie präsentieren.
-Eine große Anzahl von parallelen Aktivitäten mit dem Genre.

Das staatliche Unternehmen Mogilev „Kinovideoprokat“ heißt Sie willkommen und teilt Ihnen mit, dass im September 2025 in der Stadt Mogilev, Republik Belarus, das XXVII. Internationale Animationsfilmfestival „Animaevka-2025" stattfinden wird.

Im Laufe der Jahre hat sich das Festival zu einem Fest der Animation für Kinder und Erwachsene entwickelt. Veranstaltungen finden in allen regionalen Zentren von Belarus statt.

Zur Besichtigung werden Filmvorführungen von wettbewerbsfähigen und nicht wettbewerbsfähigen Programmen, kreative Treffen mit Animationsfilmschaffenden, Meisterkurse sowie Ausstellungen mit bildender, dekorativer und angewandter Kunst für Kinder organisiert.

Im Rahmen der Behandlung:

- Wettbewerb von Animationsfilmen;
- Wettbewerb der Kreativität von Kindern im Animationsbereich
- Wettbewerb für bildende, dekorative und angewandte Kunst für Kinder.

Preferably movies will have relationship with life in urban and rural media and/or their relationship or difference.

The Baghdad International Film Festival (BIFF) tends to support a new cinema in Iraq - a cinema for multiculturalism with a focus on the values of freedom, democracy, human rights and justice
The cinema for multiculturalism offers more than a simple presentation of the works. BIFF works as a platform with an intercultural forum bringing together young practitioners and professionals from different countries, cultures and ethnics. Films of all genre, lengths and formats will be shown in the 6 competitions: Long Fiction | Short Drama | Documentaries | Arab Woman Filmmakers | Human rights Images and New Horizons. The section New Horizons is dedicated to Iraqi filmmakers. All other sections are open for all participants. In addition to the competition selected films from the guest of honor country's cinema will be screened in the Panorama section, accompanied by seminars and panels which are given information about this country's cinema, history, culture and filmmakers. Furthermore, the competition-program is supplemented by workshops, exhibitions and discussions .
The festival’s 1st edition was in December 2005 and it organized by ( Iraqi association for culture & cinema development ) , an independent NGO registered officially in Iraq and works under the Iraqi law.

International Diversity Film Festival Moldova has become the premiere festival to celebrate diversity in Eastern Europe. Our event will take place in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova, on September 15h during International Day of Democracy.

Diversity Festival is a key event that celebrates our incredible diversity. Our aim is to bring diverse communities together to embrace our differences and discover our shared experiences. Cellar Door Film Festival (CDFF) is Ottawa’s first showcase of speculative cinema, which celebrates the creativity of the Ottawa film scene and spotlights the city as a setting for the sinister and supernatural. How our monthly festival works…

Our Monthly Festival is a showcase of Short films from around the world, screening 50 minutes of short film in the first half, followed by our selected Feature Short in the second. We also host a Q&A with filmmakers able to attend and talks with local creatives.
At each event, two films will be selected to win either one of our awards:

The People’s Choice Award
The Directors Choice Award

Films included in the first half are nominated for our 'The People's Choice Award’; This is evidently voted for our audiences on the night and votes are calculated collectively from all of our venues.

In the second half of the night we host our 'Feature Short', one film no longer than 50 minutes. This is our headliner for the event. This film is awarded, ‘The Directors Choice Award’, one that our Judging panel felt deserves recognition.

Filmmakers will be notified throughout the year. If successful, your film will be screened on the first Wednesday of a selected month.

Entries requirements:
-> All films must have been made in or after 2012 and have English subtitles (unless English is the main language spoken); A creation date does not apply in case of the screen writings from being stopped for submissions, but the submitted must be in English or have a copy translated in English;
-> We accept shorts, documentaries, animations, experimental, music videos, web and new media, commercials (all specified previously under 45 minutes); feature films and feature documentaries (any length, 45 + minutes);
->A description between 50 and 150 words;
->Trailer (not required for movies under 7 minutes; optional) and the film must be submitted as an on-line screener (Vimeo preferred) which may be embedded on the website for visitors to see your creation; you can further opt for modifications in your entry;
->Cover of the film/screen writing or a defining photo;

Unter den Filmen, die für die Sektionen „Cartoon Club Award“ und „Signor Rossi Award“ ausgewählt wurden, wählt die künstlerische Leitung des Festivals nach eigenem Ermessen einige Titel aus, die dann von einer ausschließlich aus Kindern bestehenden Jury bewertet werden, die den Gewinner bestimmt.

Der CARTOON JUNIOR AWARD steht kurzen Animationsfilmen offen, die im Rahmen von Workshops für Kinder in Italien oder im Ausland realisiert wurden.

Der CARTOON CLUB AI AWARD: offen für vollständig KI-animierte Kurzfilme, die von Studenten, professionellen Filmemachern und Produktionsfirmen mit KI-Tools gedreht wurden.

Der CARTOON CLUB ENVIRONMENT AWARD: Unter den Filmen, die für die Sektionen „Cartoon Club Award“ und „Signor Rossi Award“ ausgewählt wurden, wählt die künstlerische Leitung des Festivals nach eigenem Ermessen den Titel aus, der Umweltschutzthemen am besten repräsentiert.

INTERNATIONALES PANORAMA: eine nicht wettbewerbsorientierte Sektion, die europäischen und nichteuropäischen Animationskurzfilmen offen steht.

Darüber hinaus bietet das Festival:
- Ausstellungen;
- Bildungs- und Sozialprojekte;
- Workshops in lokalen Schulen;
- eine der beliebtesten und unterhaltsamsten Cosplay-Conventions in Italien.

This project involves bringing students and teachers from different countries to participate with their films . Part of the program are even lectures and workshops of the movie professionals from different countries about film issues. We think that is very important for a student to confront with other students from around the world, so to know different cultures, different thoughts and to analyse the way their colleges work. We hope that First Step Fest will be a good chance young filmmakers in Albania to get inspiration and continue their dream.
