O 12º RESISTENCIA FILM FEST, é um festival internacional de cinema, não competitivo, criado para divulgar filmes que promovam o resgate da memória histórica, a luta pela liberdade e a defesa dos direitos humanos.

As exibições dos filmes participantes da décima primeira versão do festival serão apresentadas em 3 modalidades: no Centro Cultural Tomé, no programa de TV “Películas de bolsillo” e em um museu itinerante.

Since its creation in 2007, Île Courts–International Short Film Festival in Mauritius acts as a tool-kit for the development of cinema in Mauritius. Non-competitive, Île Courts Festival is meant to be a showcase for cinema in Mauritius, taking us to a surprizing journey into world cinema, with a focus given on short films from the Indian Ocean area, at a crossroad between Africa and Asia. In 2018, Île Courts invites french-speaking and creole-speaking Filmmakers from the Caribbean and Pacific Islands to submit their films to the festival, therefore 36 territories are concerned by our call for films. The 11th edition of Île Courts-International Short Film Festival in Mauritius will be held by Association Porteurs d'Images from 9th to 13th October 2018, in various cities and villages throughout the island.

Durante o festival, apresentamos retrospectivas de mestres de animação, organizando reuniões com espectadores, workshops de animação, master classes para estudantes e funcionários da indústria com famosos criadores de animação do exterior e da Lituânia.

Iron Mule é a única série mensal de comédia curta de Nova Iorque, narrativa, documental, comédias animados e experimentais de todo o mundo. Em nossos 15 anos apresentamos mais de 1.000 filmes, incluindo trabalhos iniciais de muitos cineastas e comediantes famosos como Stephen Colbert, Seth Macfarlane, Lena Dunham, Aziz Ansari, Abbi Jacobson e Ilana Galzer.

Cada exibição apresenta um juiz convidado do mundo do cinema, da comédia, da televisão ou da cena artística de Nova York. The Ruralia Festival will be held in the city of Chivilcoy, Argentina . It aims to disseminate and promote films and documentary with rural issues. Understanding rurality in a broad and inclusive sense as those complex, dynamic and heterogeneous ways of living , producing, occupy , imagine and experience the rural landscapes and environments.

FICAMS, Antarctica’s International Film Festival about Environment and Sustainability is a competitive festival that gives and teaches community members, through films, diverse views related to our habitat and culture. General themes of the audio-visual pieces are base on the environment, nature, sustainability, climate change, recycling, and renewable energy sources.

Taratsa is an independent international short film festival based in Thessaloniki, Greece. It began in August 2014, integrated in the framework of “Thessaloniki European Youth Capital”. Its purpose is to create a framework for the promotion of independent short films from Greece and all over the world -by bringing the audience closer to the production and establishing a place and time for the substantial interaction and artistic expression between the creators- as well as to present films that are considered benchmarks in the history of cinema.

HorrorQuest Film Festival is Atlanta's FREE Horror Film Festival. Held each year at Cinefest Film Theatre, located on the Georgia State University campus. All HorrorQuest screenings and events are free and open to the public on a first come, first served, basis. There are no advanced or VIP tickets.

The Central American Film Festival in Vienna has become a firmly rooted tradition, establishing itself as a key cultural event in the city.

The East Coast Film Festival is an independent film festival for lovers of independent film. The festival is based at the Savoy Hotel on the Lincolnshire coast. Entry for students and Linconshire based films & filmmakers is free! ( proof required )

All film genres are accepted at the East Coast Festival with a focus on low budget independent films. Selected Film makers are invited to attend the screenings and awards ceremony on 3rd September. The selected films will also have the opportunity to be included in The East Coast Anthology DVD compilation which will be available exclusively through the East Coast Film Festival website with all proceeds donated to Starlight Children's charity.

O Ulsan Ulju Mountain Film Festival (UMFF) é o primeiro festival internacional de cinema de montanha na Coreia do Sul, dedicado a apresentar e promover filmes e cultura que tratam de montanhas, aventura, exploração, natureza e meio ambiente. WHY THIS AWARD PRIZE NACIONAL DE CORTOMETRAJES "JAIME OSORIO GÓMEZ"
