カルチュラル・アソシエーション・タイム・アンド・メモリーは、2026年6月20日から21日までイタリアのポーラ（南オーストラリア州）で開催される第14回短編映画祭「ショート・トゥ・サウス」を開催します。このフェスティバルは、2026年6月20日から21日までオーディトリアム「ホーリー・ニコリッキオ」で開催されます。

14年目には、新しい追加やコンテストが含まれます！ インターナショナル・ホラー・ホテル・フィルム・フェスティバル＆コンベンションは、毎年6月にオハイオ州北東部で開催されます。 エクスペリメンタル（映画のみ）、ファンタジー、ホラー、ホラーコメディ、スラッシャー、SF、サスペンススリラーなどのジャンルの映画と脚本の公開コンペティションを開催しています。 また、記載されているジャンルのプロジェクトの予告編、ミュージックビデオ、TVパイロット（映画または脚本）、ウェブエピソード（映画または脚本）も受け付けています。

ホラー映画のスコアリングコンペティション（ウェブサイトからの応募）のコンペティションも受け付けています。 イベントでは、ライブ・スクリーム・キング/スクリーム・クイーン、FXメイクアップ・コンペティションも開催されます。

今年は、第2回Room 237フィルム・コンペティションも開催します。このコンペティションでは、映画製作者がズームキックオフミーティングで割り当てられた凶器を使って、30日で映画を制作することを競います。 ルーム237フィルム・コンペティションの詳細は、2024年1月までにホラー・ホテル・フィルム・フェスティバルのウェブサイトで公開される予定です。 チームを結成して、競争に備えましょう！

このイベントでは、4日間の映画上映、2日間のパネルディスカッションと講義、金曜日の午後に始まるコンベンション、特別ゲスト、ネットワーキングカラオケパーティー、ライブコンペティションなどが行われます。

Filmmakers of the Year Film Festival (FYFF) is established to support independent filmmakers to get international recognition, exposure, and opportunity for their careers.

We are looking for great film-making and piquant films and documentaries. We are focusing in every aspect of film and documentaries production, and seeking for outstanding film and documentaries produced, created, and craft carefully with passion and talent. Every brilliant filmmaker deserves an award, and we invite you to join the Filmmakers of the Year Film Festival.

Film and documentaries (any length) can join different categories and will be presented in front of a panel of juries.

ilms have always been one of the best ways to express strong feelings, both for the filmmakers and the audience, and acting as one of the most effective and communicative ways to tell messages. Through International Film Festival for Documentary, Short, and Comedy, we hope to facilitate creative filmmakers to show their artwork, encourage talented and passionate filmmakers to express their voice and to provide positive life through a laugh and meditative encouragement.

We are seeking films (both short films and documentaries) with strong voice, originality, creativity, and flowing story-telling, and produced with excellent techniques to be our showcase.

The International Film Festival for Documentary, Short, and Comedy will act as a mean to sustain and promote the continuity of creativity and artworks produced and carved by filmmakers all over the world in following their dreams to speak their story, to show real events and life, as well as to participate in the film industry.
The International Film Festival for Documentary, Short, and Comedy opens its submissions from filmmakers all over the world. We accept documentary (any length), short films, and films (any length) with comedy genres. Newcomers are welcomed. The films will be pre-selected before presented to the judging panel.

1. すべての人に門戸を開放するカテゴリー

携帯電話/カメラで撮影した映画は、地域を問わず誰でも応募できます。 オープンドア・カテゴリーでは、どの期間でも応募できます。 選ばれた作品はダッカ国際モバイル映画祭で上映され、最優秀作品にはDIMFF最優秀映画賞が授与されます。


2. 縦型映画部門（全員）

携帯電話/カメラで縦に撮影したフィルムは、どの地域の人でも応募できます。 縦型フィルムカテゴリーでは、映画は10分以内のものでなければなりません。 選ばれた作品はダッカ国際モバイル映画祭で上映され、最優秀作品にはDIMFF最優秀縦型映画賞が授与されます。


3. 大学生向けショートフィルム部門

このカテゴリーは、学部生と大学院生のみを対象としています。 携帯電話/カメラで撮影された選ばれた映画が映画祭で上映され、最優秀作品には「CinemaScopeベストフィルム」賞が授与されます。 短編映画部門では、映画は25分以内でなければなりません。


4. 市民ジャーナリズム部門（全員対象）

このカテゴリーには、どの地域の人でも参加できます。 ドキュメンタリー（現実世界の出来事）は、携帯電話で10分以内に撮影する必要があります。 選ばれたドキュメンタリーはダッカ国際モバイル映画祭で上映され、最優秀ドキュメンタリーは「MSJ Best CJ」賞を受賞します。


5. 小学1年生から12年生を対象とする1分間の部門

このカテゴリーには1～12年生の生徒しか参加できません。 映画は、「1 Minute」カテゴリのタイトルとクレジットラインを含めて、正確に1分でなければなりません。 選ばれた作品はダッカ国際モバイル映画祭で上映され、最優秀作品にはULABヤング・フィルム・メーカー・アワードが授与されます。

Angeles Documentaries is an international festival that celebrates one of the most difficult genre to produce : documentaries.

Documentaries request high level quality writing, an exceptional production coordination, and a smart budget management.

Our competition goes from quarter finals to winners, all of the tiles and directors to be listed on our website, every round of competition.

On its inaugural year, the festival was listed as the Short Docs High Def.

WHY THIS FESTIVAL ?

This festival is to be focused on this type of films. You will have specific recognition for the documentary you made, in a festival dedicated to documentaries.

Why is this so important ? Because sometimes, documentaries are just another category in some film festivals. We think documentaries deserve more attention, and we want to contribute giving it to them.

WHAT WILL BE OUR SELECTION ?

We will only select and screen short documentaries, not over 15 or 20 minutes maximum. If you made a full feature documentary, we will not be able to select it yet, but maybe in the years to come.

We are seeking for original documentaries, that can explore the world for us, bring some issues and analysis to the table, whether you shot it with a DSLR or a top 4K+ camera.

We accept all themes and langage. If not english speaking we require english subtitles.

SCREENING

A selection of the winners will screen on 2018, May 4th, in Los Angeles. The award give away will take place at the same time, on the evening.

New York City Independent Film Festival (NYCIndieFF) will hold a physical festival this year. We will celebrate the Independent Filmmaker, documentaries, short and feature-length films and animation. Whether a submission is comedic, dramatic, or something in between, The NYCIndieFF is eager to embrace fresh ideas and storytelling.

Home of the NYC Indie Awards the festival aims to discover the Artist Filmmaker, showcasing them to the entertainment industry and the NYC public. KloosterKino is the place to be for animated shorts in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Three times a year we show the best animated shorts from all over the world in a friendly setting. The screenings take place in a historic cloister, which dates back to 1909, and are not subject to admission.

KloosterKino shows work by young filmmakers, but also pays attention to classic animated film. Throughout the year we also work with other festivals and cultural organizations to arrange screenings of animated shorts.

But why animated shorts? Well, first of all, because we love them! But also because too few animated shorts are shown theatrically in the Netherlands. KloosterKino wants to show animation in all its diversity: from stop-motion to CGI, from narrative to abstract, homegrown and from far away. In doing so, we hope to aid in the diffusion of the artistic animated short.

We intend to be an alternative to the larger animation festivals by offering screenings which are both accessible and challenging. We stand for high quality animated film in welcoming surroundings. Our target audience is not just the animation aficionado, but also those who normally don’t watch animation, but are open to a surprising and stimulating program of films.

The Mediterranean Film Festival (MedFF) is an online festival that rewards every month the best for each category. Its objective is to promote independent films and emerging artists by making them competing with more established ones.

The MedFF born to George Beach (Fontane Bianche) in the beautiful and charming town of Syracuse (Italy). MedFF means freedom, typical of maritime cities, every participant can submit his work whatever it is.

During the summer of each year, the best of each month will come to the final live screening at George's Beach town (Fontane Bianche). Event will be on 3 June 2017 in Villa Dunardi
