The RIOS - International Documentary Film Festival and Transmedia is defined as an activity platform for the creation and promotion of author projects within the scope of independent cinema and audiovisual and aims to:
a) give visibility, serving as a promotional platform, cinematographic and audiovisual works whose aesthetic approach is related to the reality of the river;
b) to serve as a work platform for a deep reflection on thematic documentary cinema;
c) encourage the creation of author projects that focus on the aesthetic deepening, the discovery of new territories, new styles and new supports that can define the reality Rivers;
d) create a creative platform linked to the Rios theme in the field of photography, plastic arts, literature and dramatic performance;
e) to contribute to the diffusion of first university works and documentaries in the thematic scope;
f) encourage the creation of inter-university partnerships in the field of documentary film and audiovisual.

The RIOS - International Documentary Film Festival and Transmedia, inserted in a region inevitably linked to the Douro, intends to explore and divulge the aesthetic potentialities linked to the river, making it a privileged space of cinematographic creation in the documentary scope. Vila Real, during the festival, will be an international cinematographic meeting point that will allow the exploration of the region and the gestation of new projects and new aesthetic creations.

Le Festival International des films d’environnement de Chefchaouen, est un festival cinématographique dédié aux cinéphiles et soucieux de l’environnement au Maroc et à l’étranger, c’est un rendez-vous annuel dans la superbe perle bleu du nord du Maroc, la ville touristique et écologique Chefchaouen.

La 15ème Edition du Festival International des Films d’environnement de Chefchaouen, se tiendra du 17 au 20 Juin à 2026 à l’occasion de la journée mondiale de l’environnement.

Le festival international du film Shorts (Shorts IFF) est organisé par l'association Maremetraggio.

Depuis 2000, Shorts IFF est une référence pour les courts métrages et les cinéastes émergents au niveau international. À chaque édition, Shorts IFF vise à faire connaître le genre du court métrage à un public large et hétérogène, en accordant une attention particulière aux jeunes avec des sections spécifiques pour les enfants et les adolescents âgés de 6 à 15 ans.

Frames Film Festival is an initiative of the BMM Department of SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and Commerce. It is one of the largest undergraduate Film Festivals in India. Frames receives entries not only from reputed colleges and film institutions across India and abroad, but also from different countries like U.S.A, Great Britain, Italy, Australia, Spain, Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina, Iran and Sri Lanka. It is a modest initiative by a group of aspiring Mass-media students of the 2002-03 batch, Frames today has grown into a platform for nurturing the talents of budding filmmakers.

On a larger canvas, our participants have been hired by reputed industry professionals. The primary objective is to showcase films and to allow our participants to interact and learn from industry professionals.

Aucun prix ou récompense n'est décerné ; l'objectif de l'exposition est d'ouvrir des espaces culturels, des ciné-clubs, etc., afin que le court métrage ait des écrans d'exposition au-delà de la concurrence dans les festivals permettant l'accès au public qui n'a pas encore approché le travail de tous ceux qui se consacrent à la tâche cinématographique de raconter des histoires courtes.

Le cinéma transmet des idées, des sentiments et des émotions, KINÉ pense que les courts métrages ne sont pas faits pour gagner des prix ou une reconnaissance, les courts métrages sont faits pour raconter des histoires extraordinaires que nous vivons au jour le jour, même en ce moment, vous pouvez en vivre une.

Objectifs :

Projeter des courts métrages qui, dans la plupart des cas, ne sont vus que dans les compétitions de festivals.

Création de public.

Encourager et promouvoir la production de courts métrages réalisés dans la ville de Puebla, au Mexique.

Promouvoir les lieux culturels locaux.

DocsBarcelona est un festival international spécialisé dans le genre documentaire composé de sections de compétition internationales et nationales, de sections non compétitives et de rétrospectives. Le comité de direction artistique et de programmation sélectionne tous les documentaires qui composent ces sections.

DocsBarcelona fêtera sa 28e édition du 8 au 18 mai 2025.

The Fine Arts Film Festival (FAFF) is dedicated to showing the finest films in the world about art, photography, collectors and artists of all mediums in and out of their studios, galleries, museums, public art, and alternative art spaces. This includes video art, curated as a film medium.

The 5th Annual Fine Arts Film Festival will be held on May 10-12, 2018. We're opening up with the VR Section of the Festival at Creative Technology Center on May 10, then moving to the historic Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center Theatre on May 11-12, which is celebrating it's 50th Anniversary in 2018.

The 4th Annual 2017 Fine Arts Film festival was held on May 12-13th with celebrities and luminaries from both the art and entertainment worlds hosted by the Venice Institute of Contemporary Art at the Creative Technology Center at The Brewery Art Lofts, Art Share LA, and at the historic Beyond Baroque Theatre in Venice, California.

We screened 48 films from around the world, with over 170 submissions.

Le FEU ! Mostra est le premier festival de films LGBT en Espagne : créé en 1995 par Casal Lambda, à Barcelone, il aborde la diversité affective dans son sens le plus large à travers une sélection rigoureuse de longs métrages, de documentaires et de courts métrages. Une sélection de films d'art et d'essai et une approche pédagogique en sont les principales caractéristiques.

Pendant deux semaines au début du mois de juin, principalement à l'Institut français mais également dans d'autres lieux intérieurs ou en plein air de la ville, un large public est invité à découvrir ce monument culturel de Barcelone, avec des histoires et des témoignages de personnes libres, de créateurs qui brisent les barrières et de défenseurs des droits humains, qui contribuent tous avec amour à construire un monde plus juste et plus libre.

Le nom du festival est un hommage au magazine new-yorkais du même nom de la fin des années 20, FIRE ! , dirigé par l'écrivain gay noir Richard Bruce Nugent, incarné dans l'un des films les plus emblématiques du festival, Brother to Brother, que nous avons projeté il y a quelques années.

Le festival international du film TRAVEL FILM rassemble les meilleurs films de voyage, de plein air, de nature et d'aventure du monde entier, créés à la fois par des professionnels et par des passionnés, et contribue à les faire connaître au public russophone.

Tous les meilleurs films seront projetés sur grand écran lors de la cérémonie finale solennelle du 17 au 18 février 2024 à Moscou, en Russie, et pourront se battre pour le prix principal et le titre de « Meilleur film de voyage ». Ainsi que pour les prix des nominations indépendantes.

Mario Cervantes ha organizado el XIII Festival de cine social ManzanaREC que tendrá lugar en febrero de 2025 en la localidad de Manzanares (Ciudad Real). Los trabajos serán exhibidos en la Sala de la Casa de Cultura de Manzanares.

En seulement trois éditions, il Varco International Short Film Festival a déjà acquis la réputation d'être l'un des festivals les plus intéressants et artistiques d'Italie pour des films du monde entier, projetant ensemble une sélection d'auteurs qui est un mélange de films indépendants, à faible budget productions, premiers films et grands chefs-d'œuvre.



En seulement trois ans, notre festival et sa projection parallèle « Short Days » ont reçu plus de 4900 films provenant de plus de 106 pays, réalisé 14 projections autour de l'Italie avec plus de 1300 spectateurs payants projetant les meilleurs courts métrages du monde entier et donnant aux réalisateurs la possibilité d'interagir avec un public d'étudiants en cinéma, de critiques, de réalisateurs, de cinéphiles et de cinéphiles.



Les projections ont lieu dans le plus grand cinéma des Abruzzes, sur un écran de 30 mètres avec des projecteurs DCP 2K à une qualité maximale avec 7.1 audio. Notre équipe prépare les masters DCP avec double ita/eng subs gratuitement pour tous les films sélectionnés, et vous pourrez les garder plus tard.

L'Indy Film Fest a été fondé en 2004 pour célébrer l'art du cinéma et créer une expérience partagée autour du cinéma à Indianapolis. Nous sommes un festival international de films indépendants à but non lucratif qui propose à la fois des longs métrages et des courts métrages. Notre personnel entièrement bénévole s'efforce de proposer les meilleurs films que l'industrie a à offrir à notre communauté, que ce soit au pays ou à l'étranger. Nos programmateurs visent à encourager de nouveaux talents et à aider les cinéastes à entrer en contact avec l'industrie mondiale. Nous nous consacrons également à l'éducation et au développement du public pour le cinéma international et indépendant à Indy, en projetant le type d'œuvres innovantes et visionnaires qui ne sont pas normalement distribuées dans cette région.

L'Indy Film Fest recherche les meilleurs longs et courts métrages indépendants, peu importe leur catégorie ou leur genre, notamment : action réelle, animation, drame, comédie, récit, documentaire, horreur, science-fiction et expérimental. Notre festival annuel, d'une durée de plus de 10 jours, propose généralement environ 25 longs métrages et 100 courts métrages, dont plus de 90 % proviennent d'inscriptions.

En constante évolution et adaptation, l'Indy Film Fest a débuté sous la forme d'un festival international du film d'Indianapolis de trois jours en 2004. Nous avons rapidement adopté notre format actuel de 10 jours en 2006, reporté nos festivités à l'été 2009, changé notre nom pour Indy Film Fest en 2014 et, depuis 2018, nous sommes rentrés chez nous dans notre calendrier printanier initial. En raison de la COVID-19, nos festivals de 2020 et 2021 étaient principalement virtuels et nos festivals de 2022 à 2025 étaient des festivals hybrides de 5 jours, suivis d'une disponibilité virtuelle et se terminant par des projections en personne primées le dernier week-end. Ce format est notre objectif pour le festival 2026 et avant que les décisions de sélection ne soient prises, les cinéastes seront informés de tout changement de date ou de format et auront la possibilité de demander que leurs frais d'inscription soient appliqués à un futur festival si ces changements ne sont pas acceptables.

Les anciens élèves de l'Indy Film Fest (et du Festival international du film d'Indianapolis) peuvent bénéficier d'un nombre raisonnable d'inscriptions gratuites. Les films ayant des liens importants avec l'Indiana sont éligibles à des frais d'inscription considérablement réduits. Les exemples d'éligibilité incluent le fait que le réalisateur ou le scénariste soit actuellement résident ou natif de l'Indiana, ou que le film soit principalement tourné dans l'Indiana. International Children’s Film Festival Bangladesh is an annual film festival held countrywide, which showcases full-length features, shorts, experimental films made for and by children, including fiction animations and documentaries, from around the world. Founded in 2008, it is the biggest film festival in Bangladesh and also the only international film festival for children and young adults of the country.
