The Wild Family Film Festival is a short film festival designed to entertain audiences young and old, so mustn't have bad language and able to be viewed by young people. This festival is an extension to the well established In The Bin Short Film Festival. Films that are screened in this festival will then go into the selection process to be part of our paid touring program.

This year 2018 in Nice at the festival we gave three deals to filmmakers to make there future productions of 100,000 dollars each, we will be allocating up to 5 a year in 2019/20 enter to get a chance at this budget

We have built a small but exceptional professional network of industry professional that will look at all films entered and will give business and commercial advice, in some cases the distributors attending will make offers to the filmmakers for their work and to work together to put your movies in the market place, we have the people and skills in our professional team to make this happen, if the professional attending feel there is a market for your movie, they will as with many films over the years of our other festival make it happen.

THE NEXT EDITION OF THE MADEIRA FILM FESTIVAL WILL BE MARCH 27 - APRIL 1 2020.

We continue to accept submissions but please not your film will be submitted to the 2020 edition NOT 2019. This is due to Government elections on Madeira.

Teatro Municipal Baltazar Dias, Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.

The entry fee is 30 / 40 / 50 Euros depending upon submissions date and irrespective of genre and running time. Exhibiting filmmakers will be offered 3 nights accommodation including breakfast on Madeira during the festival.

Call for entries
The call for entries starts on August 16th 2018 and will remain open until April 2nd 2019.

The Madeira Film Festival is non – competitive. Rather than present awards MFF offers delegates the status of ‘AMBASSADOR OF THE LAURISSILVA’ thus helping to preserve and create awareness of Madeira’s endemic Laurissilva forest.


The Madeira Film Festival organisation fervently believes there is no better place in the world to stage a film festival than on the piquant Island of Madeira and there is no better place on Madeira to stage a film festival than in glorious Reid’s Palace Hotel and the Municipal Theatre in Funchal.

The crux of the Madeira Film Festival is to pay homage to the resilience of Madeira’s endemic Laurissilva Forest by screening a slate of films which are expansive, unsettling and profound,films which will hopefully impinge upon the viewers imagination.

One of the most effective measures that can be implemented in order to raise awareness of the Laurissilva forest and subsequently it’s preservation is through the undisputed persuasive strength of audio- visual communication. The aspiration of the Madeira Film Festival is to become one of Europe’s foremost film festivals, by sheer virtue of location there exists an inherent capacity to attain this.

ANTOFACINE, Festival Internacional de Cine de Antofagasta, Chile, se presenta como una instancia de encuentro de la creación cinematográfica nacional e internacional y es con ese objetivo que deseamos contribuir a:

● Difundir el cine de ficción, no ficción y animación como una herramienta de transformación cultural y social, beneficiando a todos los habitantes de la Región de Antofagasta, Chile.

● Potenciar el desarrollo del sector audiovisual de la región y del país aportando con la creación de un espacio profesional para la difusión de obras audiovisuales, tanto regionales, nacionales como internacionales; la formación de públicos para el cine autoral nacional e internacional y finalmente, generando un polo de encuentro en Antofagasta, para la necesaria interacción entre los diversos agentes que participan en la cadena productiva del audiovisual.

La 12 versión del Festival Internacional de Cine, ANTOFACINE 2023 se realizará del 14 al 18 de Noviembre, en la Ciudad de Antofagasta.

The Curtas Fashion Festival is exclusively dedicated to the promotion of short-film audiovisual works with a fashion theme - highlighting the know-how of industry and handicrafts in this segment.

The Festival exhibits works finalized in digital supports, with a maximum duration of 3 minutes, and is competitive and informative.
The programming of the 1st edition of the Curtas Fashion Festival 2017 will be made up of the "O Saber Fazer do Moda" and Most Cena 1. Showcase with the main objective of promoting the exhibition, promotion and production of the short-lived audiovisual work of the fashion universe. In addition to the screening of films, the Festival also promotes workshops, lectures and debates.

Films for the competition at the Mostra Saber Fazer Fashion competition are free.

IFF ZOOM - ZBLIZENIA (Jelenia Góra) es uno de los festivales de cine independiente más grandes e importantes de Polonia. The Festival although very young has already seen the participation of many authors, Italians and foreigners, who have correctly interpreted the various trends of contemporary cinema and they were amply live up to both its style and language.

The exhibition is divided into five categories: Film, Documentary, Video clips, Animation and Graphics, School.

El Festival de Cortometrajes de Aguilar de Campoo se consolida como una de las más veteranas y relevantes citas cinematográficas de nuestro país en su género. La Academia de las Artes Cinematográficas de España, lo incluye como uno de los festivales clave para la selección de cortometrajes que concursarán en los premios Goya. A lo largo de las últimas ediciones el festival ha ido adoptando importantes decisiones que le comprometen con el cine de nuestro país. En su décimo novena edición publicó su manifiesto donde exponía su filosofía y compromiso con el cine. Tomó la decisión del pago por selección a los cortometrajes seleccionados eliminando así la competición económica con el fin de fomentar la creación y producción artística. Sus salas de proyección están abiertas al cine internacional incluyendo todos los géneros, ficción, documental animación y cine experimental. En el 2016 el festival ha recibido el reconocimiento de la AIC ( Asociación de la Industria del Cortometraje). Este certificado es una distinción anual para diferenciar y premiar a los festivales que realizan una función ejemplar en la difusión, protección y profesionalización del cine y su industria, y en especial del cortometraje. Esta es la primera vez que se concede esta certificación y es el resultado de más de un año de mesas de trabajo y conversaciones con festivales, cineastas y otros profesionales del sector de todo el país con el fin de elaborar una guía de buenas conductas hacia el cortometraje y sus creadores. Los objetivos básicos de esta distinción son educar a nuevas generaciones de cineastas y proteger a festivales modélicos, reconociendo su dedicación y rigor. Buscamos el encuentro y el intercambio entre profesionales y público como forma de enriquecimiento cultural.

Artistic animation, author retrospectives, the films, which stimulate creativity. 16 years festival is running every year in Lithuania, showing the best non-commercial animation works from around the world. Competition programs include short and feature films for children, adults, experimental, student, debut, and music clips. Since 2018 new nomination - "Best Animadoc". From 2019, a new nomination "For the Best Work of Applied Animation" will be introduced, with the aim to introduce new animation forms: performances, interactive media works, applications, installations, advertisements, educational works, works of virtual reality. The purpose of the festival is to reveal the wide variety of animation, diversity and perspectives. During the festival we present retrospectives of animation masters, organizing meetings with viewers, animation workshops, Master classes for students and industry employees with famous animation creators from abroad and Lithuania.

Fidé es un festival en Francia que está completamente dedicado al documental estudiantil internacional. Se trata de cualquier trabajo filmado, sonoro o multimedia apoyado en la realidad y realizado durante los estudios del director. Participan en ella universidades, escuelas, talleres y estudiantes de todo el mundo, para unos 600 documentales registrados cada año. Sus principios son los de la promoción y la celebración de las creaciones estudiantiles, excepto los circuitos habituales, en los que rara vez encuentran su lugar.

El festival no tiene restricciones de la fecha de producción o soporte original, tema o duración.

Directores de todas las nacionalidades son bienvenidos a inscribir sus películas. Se exigen subtítulos en francés o inglés.

La próxima Fidé tendrá lugar en abril de 2021, en los suburbios parisinos.

El Georgia Latino Film Festival opera en Atlanta Ga y Norcross Ga. Ubicado a solo minutos de Stone Mountain. Norcross es una pequeña ciudad conocida por sus centros de arte, restaurantes y fácil acceso a las atracciones de la zona, senderos, restaurantes, tiendas y caminos pintorescos.

La Oficina de Cine y Televisión de Georgia, un componente del Departamento de Desarrollo Económico de Georgia, la Oficina del Alcalde de Atlanta en Cine y Entretenimiento y la Asociación de Producción de Georgia son patrocinadores anuales del evento y patrocinador del festival y sus actividades.

Objetivos del festival:
El objetivo de esta organización sin fines de lucro es llevar a cabo un festival de cine anual en el estado de Georgia que presenta películas producidas por latinos entre otras entradas nacionales e internacionales.

Misión

La misión del Georgia Latino Film Festival es crear conciencia sobre las películas y películas independientes como una forma de arte; proporcionar oportunidades educativas para estudiantes y cineastas de Georgia Latino; y crear oportunidades para que las comunidades de Georgia experimenten películas latinas de alta calidad.

Visión

Para asegurarnos de que nuestras historias se cuenten en Hollywood y en todo el mundo y que nuestra comunidad tenga un lugar en Georgia donde los directores y artistas latinos ejecutivos de cine a la vanguardia de la industria cinematográfica y de la animación latina puedan reunirse para hablar sobre el futuro de nuestra industria y crear un vehículo para desarrollar la próxima generación de cineastas latinos de Georgia.

La celebración de la XV Edición del Festival de Cine y Cortometraje de Puente Genil, CortogeniAl, se celebrará en la localidad de Puente Genil, Córdoba (España), del 11 al 19 de octubre de 2024.

Podrá participar toda persona (dirección, producción o distribución) que posea el control legal de la obra u obras presentadas.

REQUISITOS:

− Los cortometrajes deberán haber sido producidos en 2023 o 2024.

− La duración no podrá ser superior a 20 minutos.

− Cada autor/a podrá presentar tantas obras como desee.

− Las producciones no rodadas en español deberán estar subtituladas al castellano.

− Los autores/as serán los propietarios de los derechos de sus obras y los responsables de todos los derechos de autoría presentes en el cortometraje.

La muestra forma parte de las propuestas de difusión y fomento que apuntan a la difusión de la cultura audiovisual en la región norte de la República Argentina de Wayruro Comunicación Popular y Red Kalipa TV, y cuenta con el apoyo del INCAA, de la Secretaría de Cultura de la Provincia de Jujuy, entre Otros, y cuenta con el acompañamiento de la Red Focos, el Espacio Norte Audiovisual y CONTAR.

El 26º Festival Internacional de Cine Asiático de Vesoul tendrá lugar del 11 al 18 de febrero de 2020.

El Festival tiene como objetivo promover las películas asiáticas y, a través de ellas, la cultura de países desde el Cercano Oriente hasta el Lejano Oriente.
