Cyprus International Film Festival's mission is to support the first shown filmmakers with their first short or feature film, to meet and exchange cultures for the further development of Cinematographic Art in Cyprus, to promote our historical and cultural heritage,to upgrade our tourism product and to internationally promote our alumni participants.

Cyprus International Film Festival (CYIFF) is one of the TOP 100 Best Reviewed Festivals among 5.500 film festivals worldwide according to Festhome and holder of the EFFE label, Europe’s quality stamp for remarkable arts festivals attributed for their work in the field of the arts, community involvement and international openness. It takes place annually with live screenings and parallel events on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus but also with various partnerships at Athens, Cannes, New York and Los Angeles.

Cyprus International Film Festival (CYIFF) is under the umbrella of Cultural International Festivals -a non-profit arts organization dedicated to promoting and supporting independent films and filmmakers that embody diversity, innovation and uniqueness of vision-. The main location of the event is Nicosia the capital of Cyprus. The festival celebrates once more the rising film stars and several artistic events will take place during the festival. The Pegasus/Aphrodite Cinema Lab workshop is very popular and we produce a short film during the Festival which will be screened at the Awards Ceremony. A Table Read with chosen scripts is held during the festival.

History: The festival was inaugurated on March 23, 2006 by the Cypriot Minister of Education and Culture Mr Pefkios Georgiades and was held in three cities, Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia with the cooperation of K-Cineplex.

The Cyprus International Film Festival is the biggest of artistic high value independent cinema event of the whole region, spilling over Cyprus boundaries and spreading over the whole region with repercussions reaching worldwide. CYIFF is the first internationally oriented film festival which offers new and upcoming directors in multiple sectors of entertainment (such as feature films, short films, animations, music videos, dance, experimental films and video art) the opportunity to showcase their talent in front of a jury of internationally acclaimed cinema experts, directors and actors. CYIFF has a competitive section.

Films produced the last 36 months, by emerging directors are selected for the screening program.

-Women filmmakers (director and/or producer) can submit their film to compete for the Aphrodite Cinematic Award. There is no restriction regarding the production year, the genre of the film in this specific category.

-"50/50" is a category with film credits 50% men and 50% women. No restriction in genre.

Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Montecatini, promosso dalla Federazione Italiana Cineclub (Fedic), con la demanda 68 edizioni è uno dei festival di cortometraggi più longevi in Europa.
All'inizio, era principalmente destinato alle opere nazionali, ma a partire dagli anni '90, quando il Concorso Nazionale spostato in un'altra piccola città della Toscana, San Giovanni Valdarno, Montecatini si è affermata come vetrina di riferimento a livello internazionale, desiderosa di presentare un enorme panorama di nuove produzioni incentrate su diversi generi e tendenze.
L'obiettivo principale del Montecatini Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio è quello di dare una visione completa del corto nel panorama cinematografico internazionale, nella sua estensione più ampia, puntando sempre alla qualità dei film e non all'aspetto glamour offrendo una bellissima location in Toscana dove discutere e magari trovare collegamenti per lavori futuri.
Ogni anno il Presidente della Repubblica Italiana concede la sua adesione e la sua medaglia al Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio di Montecatini.
Ultimo ma ma non meno importante: registi come Franco Piavoli e Nanni Moretti sono da segnalare tra i registi emergenti nei primi 60ties a Montecatini International Short Film Festival.

El St Cloud Film Fest promueve el cine y los cineastas creando oportunidades para la educación, la producción y el aprecio durante un festival anual y a través de un año de divulgación.

El St Cloud Film Fest se celebra durante ocho días en un teatro histórico a orillas del río Mississippi. La escena artística del centro de la ciudad es un centro para la comunidad artística circundante. Muchos artistas visuales locales exhiben exposiciones a lo largo de la calle St. Germain y la 5ª Avenida.
Somos una organización sin fines de lucro dedicada a promover cine independiente con visión de futuro y comprometida a dar a los estudiantes la oportunidad de crear sus propios proyectos. Celebramos talleres de stop-motion para estudiantes de primaria y damos a estudiantes de secundaria y universidad la oportunidad de hacer una película como parte de un concurso de fin de semana.

El Benín City Film Festival se lanzó en noviembre de 2018, como una nueva entidad que ofrece una plataforma para fomentar y promover las obras de cineastas emergentes locales (comunitarios), nacionales e internacionales. Es una plataforma económica para mostrar estos trabajos en un entorno en el que tienen acceso a profesionales experimentados de la industria. BCFF es el único festival de cine independiente en el estado de Edo, y el único festival de cine que tiene lugar en la ciudad de Benin. BCFF proyecta estrenos de largometrajes internacionales y nacionales, cortometrajes y documentales sobre temas sociales. Esta edición de este año, con el tema CREATIVE BEYOUND THE PANDEMIC, tendrá lugar en Film House Cinema, Benín City del 17 al 20 de noviembre de 2021 marca su cuarta edición.
El Benín City Film Festival es un equipo de personas que trabajan sin esfuerzo para ofrecer un servicio de calidad a los cineastas emergentes. Daremos a los colaboradores del festival acceso a algunos de los nombres más prolíficos de las Industrias, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

Objetivos

Los objetivos principales del Festival son proporcionar una plataforma ingeniosa:

1. Donde el negocio y la artesanía de las películas nigerianas se mejoran y se comercializan al mundo que consume contenido cinematográfico atrayendo a personas de calidad, compradores y críticos de toda Nigeria y de todo el mundo a eventos del BCFF cada año.

2. para ver algunos de los mejores largometrajes, documentales, cortometrajes y proyectos experimentales para el entretenimiento e instrucciones de los asistentes y participantes del BCFF anualmente.

El festival de cine persigue estos objetivos haciendo que los visitantes locales e internacionales participen en los debates sobre el proceso creativo del cine a través de simposios, capacitaciones, proyecciones, críticas de contenido, eventos turísticos y talleres, así como ofreciendo entretenimiento de calidad (música, y varios otros eventos)

The festival champions great films but is particularly seeking work from those filmmakers who might not yet have had a prestigious public screening of their work.

Screening in the heart of London UKFF welcomes films of all types from all over the World - connecting up-and-coming filmmakers with more established names such as Judi Dench, Dustin Hoffman, James Corden, Bill Nighy, Timothy Spall, Steven Berkoff and most recently Willem Dafoe.

Category awards are given for Best Feature Film; Best Feature Documentary; Best Short Documentary; Best Animation; Best Music Video; Best British Short; Best International Short; Best Student Film; as well as special awards for excellence.

Mat Kirkby, Oscar Winner and Director at Ridley Scott Associates states that "The UK Film Festival is the most focused, passionate and quality driven film festival in the UK. Their invaluable support helped get me to the Oscars in 2015, where I won the Academy Award for best short film."

With a programme that showcases new talent alongside established directors, filmmakers and actors UKFF is a lively networking hub. The script competitions have also made a big impact - five scripts have been optioned and three have been produced and gone on to win multiple awards and gained prestigious worldwide distribution deals.

Our exciting screening events have created a networking hub that continues to connect new filmmakers to industry including television exposure by leading British broadcaster, Channel 4.

El Festival de Cine de Zaragoza, nace en 1995 para crear una actividad cinematográfica en la ciudad. En principio su denominación principal fue la de Jóvenes Realizadores. A partir del año 2007 su nombre oficial pasó a ser el de Festival Cine Zaragoza.

Festival con diferentes Certámenes, de carácter generalista y nacional (aunque alguno de sus Certámenes, son Internacionales).

A partir del año 2026, después de celebrar la 30 edición del Festival, planteamos una evolución del proyecto.

11º EUREKA FESTIVAL UNIVERSITARIO DE CINE 2026

Eureka Festival Universitario de Cine es un evento cinematográfico realizado principalmente por estudiantes de la Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano, en colaboración con estudiantes de distintas universidades del país y otros profesionales.


Tras 10 años, hemos decidido darle un nuevo aire a EUREKA, reimaginándolo en esta undécima edición. Buscamos ampliar nuestros horizontes frente a la creación cinematográfica, tanto en sus formas como en sus intenciones. En esta edición queremos ver cine honesto, que conecte con alguna necesidad emocional y/o espiritual del ser humano.


Sin limitarnos únicamente al cine universitario, buscamos obras con una intención clara de contar historias propias.

Estamos buscando cortometrajes que respondan a la pregunta:

“¿Cómo habitamos lo desconocido?”

Nos interesa un cine que explore de forma creativa, experimental y narrativa esta pregunta, desde la creencia, el miedo y los sueños, con el fin de construir una atmósfera concreta en cada proyección.

El Heavy Hitting HorrorFest nació en 2002 como una orgía de una noche de cortometrajes horrorosos, hilarantes y muy independientes que se proyectan a un pequeño grupo de cineastas y amigos en Whistler, BC.
Dieciocho años después, HorrorFest ha evolucionado hasta convertirse en el festival de cine de terror más largo del oeste de Canadá, atrayendo talentos cinematográficos de todo el mundo y nutriendo una escena cinematográfica local sin miedo. Ha madurado hasta convertirse en una plataforma de lanzamiento legítima para jóvenes talentos cinematográficos, con numerosos «HorrorFesters» que van a forjar carreras en la industria del entretenimiento.
Con la intensidad de un concierto de rock, esta colección salpicada de sangre de cortometrajes muestra el espíritu del cine a través de heridas de salida DIY, escenas de ducha cómica involuntaria y muchos momentos legítimos de miedo real. Los cineastas compiten por la gloria, el dinero en efectivo y el codiciado Trofeo de Calavera de Plata, una obra maestra hecha a mano que se entrega de año en año como la Stanley Cup of Horror.
Desde su creación, el HorrorFest ha sido una plataforma de lanzamiento para jóvenes cineastas y sigue atrayendo a profesionales de la industria con su énfasis en hacer películas por la alegría pura y simple de ella. En Heavy Hitting HorrorFest tu película de arte podría ser abucheada y tu mal gusto podría ser animado, pero de cualquier manera vas a tener la noche de tu vida.

Construir Cine es el único Festival Internacional de Cine sobre el Trabajo en Argentina. Su próxima edición tendrá lugar en Buenos Aires del 5 al 9 de mayo de 2026, en modalidad Online exclusivamente para la República Argentina. 

Construir Cine celebra el cine nacional e internacional con el doble objetivo de reconocer y apoyar a los realizadores cinematográficos y de mejorar la difusión, el conocimiento, la accesibilidad y la comprensión de la temática sociolaboral entre un público amplio y diverso. 
 
Construir Cine es organizado por la Fundación UOCRA para la Educación de los Trabajadores Constructores, en adelante el Organizador, que cuenta con el apoyo de UOCRA CULTURA y PAMPA 2030 (Plataforma Argentina para el Monitoreo de la Agenda 2030). El festival pertenece a la Global Labor Film Festival entidad que agrupa los festivales de Cine del Trabajo en el mundo y a RAFMA: Red Argentina de Festivales y Muestras Audiovisuales. 
 
“Construir Cine” es una propuesta innovadora destinada a ofrecer entretenimiento de calidad con conciencia social. Una mirada lúcida y sensible acerca del mundo del trabajo. 

El Festival de Cine Infantil Pichikeche nace el 2015 en la comuna de Lanco con el fin de contribuir en la generación de espacios para difundir el lenguaje audiovisual en niños y niñas de la región de los Ríos, Chile. Durante el proceso de consolidación de este Festival, se han ido expandiendo nuestras redes y los territorios interesados en hacerse partícipes de esta iniciativa.

Por que sabemos que el online ha venido para quedarse y debido a la contingencia nacional e internacional hemos decidido mantener la versión online y al mismo tiempo reactivar nuestro espíritu itinerante. En esta edición vamos a recorrer las 12 comunas de nuestra región y sus localidades más aisladas, manteniendo todas las medidas sanitarias establecidas por nuestras autoridades llevando el cine donde antes nunca ha ido.

The Delhi International Film Festival (DIFF) proudly celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2026, marking a decade and a half of excellence in the heart of India's capital. As a premier cultural bridge, DIFF connects India’s regional film industries with the global cinematic stage.

A hallmark of our credibility is that DIFF is organized with official exemptions from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), Government of India. This allows us to showcase groundbreaking international films and artistic narratives without conventional censorship barriers, ensuring the highest standards of creative freedom.

Highlights of the 15th Edition (2026)
The 15th edition was a grand 5-day gala held from May 4 to May 8, 2026, at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Ministry of Culture.
• Scale: 178 films from over 51 countries.
• Focus: Arab Cinema, Northeastern India, Women’s Empowerment, and Children’s Social Issues.
• Key Winners: Sharmila Tagore & Rituparna Sengupta (Best Actress - India), Ms. Usha Uthup (Lifetime Achievement), and international winners from China, Russia, Morocco, and Iran.

General Rules & Regulations for Filmmakers

1. Eligibility: Films must have been completed after a specific date (usually the last 24 months).

2. Subtitles: All non-English films must have English subtitles.

3. Exemption: As an MIB-exempted festival, we prioritize artistic integrity, but films must comply with international screening standards.

4. Format: Initial submissions should be through secure online screeners (Vimeo/YouTube with password or digital upload).

5. Selection: The decision of the DIFF Selection Committee and Jury will be final and binding.

Rules & Terms

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:

(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)

(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)

(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)

(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.

2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.

3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.

4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.

5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.

6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.

7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.

8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).

2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.

3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.

4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.

5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.

6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.

7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.

8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

El Festival Internacional de Cine «Prvi kadar» /First Frame es un importante evento cinematográfico en Bosnia y Herzegovina, cuya misión es promover el arte cinematográfico de autores de todo el mundo. El Festival tampoco es de carácter competitivo. Las películas compiten en dos categorías: documentales y cortometrajes.

Quince ediciones del festival, un gran número de autores interesados en el festival, lo que demuestra que el festival es reconocido entre los artistas de todo el mundo como un evento cinematográfico importante y prestigioso.

Las selecciones del festival confirman la continuidad, principalmente el enfoque artístico, sobre el que se basa toda la idea del primer fotograma. Al considerar la relación entre temas e ideas, se hace hincapié en la actitud del autor o en una idea artística.

Un rico programa no competitivo y competitivo de alta calidad artística, programas educativos, conferencias DokMasterclass, campus cinematográfico de documentales de arte, exposiciones, promoción de libros de arte cinematográfico, numerosos invitados del mundo del cine, prueba de que el festival se expande año tras año y enriquece el contenido del programa. El Festival de este año tendrá lugar del 20 al 24 de noviembre de 2023 en Sarajevo Oriental y Zvornik, República de Srpska, Bosnia y Herzegovina.

El Festival Internacional ALT Cinema & Media Arts de Seúl (NeMAF) es el festival anual que muestra arte basado en los medios con un espíritu innovador en sus temas y formas.

Los tipos de obras que mostramos incluyen videoartes monocanales, artes multimedia, documentales, películas con imágenes encontradas, películas de ensayo, películas experimentales, etc. Se lleva a cabo en varios cines de Seúl.

Se fundó y exhibió más de 2000 obras basadas en los medios de comunicación y descubrió a 1000 artistas desde su fundación en 2000.

NeMAF ahora abre el plazo de inscripciones y busca películas y obras de arte multimedia innovadoras.

El Festival Cortos para Tiempos Largos es una propuesta de formación, creación y circulación de contenidos audiovisuales realizada por jóvenes colombianos desde el año 2020 con un propósito claro, conectar personas e historias. El festival no busca ganadores, se concibe como un espacio de difusión y visibilización de productos audiovisuales, realizado con fines académicos y sin ánimo de lucro, donde pueden participar todas las personas que deseen ser parte de una gran historia.
