The 15th edition of DIFF was organized as a grand five-day cinematic gala from May 4 to May 8, 2026, in New Delhi. The festival was hosted in prestigious collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
The mega event culminated in a vibrant closing ceremony that stood as a testament to art, global diplomacy, and the power of narrative. This year, the festival achieved monumental scale by showcasing 178 films representing over 51 countries, making it a true global melting pot of storytelling.

General Rules & Regulations for Filmmakers

1. Eligibility: Films must have been completed after a specific date (usually the last 24 months).

2. Subtitles: All non-English films must have English subtitles.

3. Exemption: As an MIB-exempted festival, we prioritize artistic integrity, but films must comply with international screening standards.

4. Format: Initial submissions should be through secure online screeners (Vimeo/YouTube with password or digital upload).

5. Selection: The decision of the DIFF Selection Committee and Jury will be final and binding.

Rules & Terms

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:

(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)

(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)

(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)

(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.

2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.

3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.

4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.

5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.

6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.

7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.

8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).

2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.

3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.

4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.

5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.

6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.

7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.

8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

ブレイン・フィルム・フェスト（BFF）は、脳の驚くべき能力や状態から病態に至るまで、脳のあらゆる側面に関する長編映画や短編映画の制作と普及を目的とした国際映画祭です。 BFFはパスクアル・マラガール財団とミニマル・フィルムズが共同で開催しています。 映画コンペティションであるだけでなく、BFFは映画祭期間中、脳に焦点を当てたその他の対面式およびオンラインでの社会的、文化的、科学的なイベントも開催します。

第9回ブレイン・フィルム・フェストは、2027年3月9日から14日まで開催されます。

ローマ・プリズマ・フィルム・アワードは、ステファノ・ペルレッタと制作会社イル・ヴァルコによって2018年に設立されました。 シネマ・アズーロ・シピオーニが主催した初年度は、エンニオ・モリコーネ、ヴィットリオ・ストラーロ、ニコラ・ピオヴァーニなどイタリアの偉大なプロたちと共演してきた伝説的なイタリア人監督であるシルヴァーノ・アゴスティが審査員長を務めました。 2年目には、1934年以来ボルゲーゼ公園の中心にある、ローマで最も古い映画館の1つであるシネマデイピッコリに移転しました。



2020年9月、私たちは新任の芸術監督マルチェロ・ディ・トロッキオのキュレーションのもと、新しい道を歩み始めました。 新型コロナウイルスのパンデミックにより世界中のフェスティバルが閉鎖される中、私たちはTwitchで毎月ストリーミング配信を制作し、地球の隅々からたくさんのコミュニティにフォローしてもらいました。 2021年7月、イタリアの映画館がリニューアルオープンした後、私たちは歴史的なカンポ・デ・フィオーリ広場にある、市内で最も有名で特徴的な映画館のひとつ、シネマ・ファルネーゼに移転し、2か月に1度上映を開始しました。



2022年1月から、私たちは少し大きな革命を起こしました。ローマを拠点とする映画観客だけでなく、イベントの数か月前に私たちの映画祭に独自のプロジェクトを提出したすべての映画製作者にもイベントへの招待状を開きました。 このようにして、私たちは次々とPrismaのイベントを、映画の夕べを他とは違うものにするだけでなく、世界中の何百人もの映画製作者が集まる真の機会となることに貢献しました。彼らは、毎日止められないスピードで作られ、共有され、忘れられている無限の量のオーディオビジュアル製品の前で道に迷うことが多く、何千もの人々の前でも同じように道に迷っているように感じます。会う機会というよりは、あまりにも頻繁に映画に出品される映画祭のようだポスターとソーシャルメディア。



こうしてプリズマ・アワードは有機的に最もコミュニティ主導のフェスティバルの1つに成長し、過去3年間だけでイタリア、ヨーロッパ、そして世界各地から集まった監督、プロデューサー、俳優、映画関係者の間で、300人以上のアーティストが集まりました。



2022年9月からは、イベントの質を高めるため、毎年6回から4か月に1回、毎年開催回数を減らし、シネマ・ファルネーゼで開催しています。毎回、観客を笑わせたり、泣かせたり、どんな場合でも感動させたりできる短編映画を、映画館の包み込むような暗闇の中で一緒に上映しています。



6年間で、150か国以上から17,000件を超える映画プロジェクトを受け取り、900回以上審査を受けています。これにより、ヨーロッパで #1 最も評価の高い映画祭となり、一般的に最も評価の高い映画祭の1つになりました。



私たちが上映した映画の多くは、カンヌ映画祭で特別賞（2021年と2023年版）を受賞したジャスミン・テヌッチの短編映画「オーガスト・スカイ」や、グンヌール・マルティンスドッティル・シュリューターの「ファー」、レオ・ベルン、ラファエル・ロドリゲスの「夢の検閲官」、ジョアン・ゴンザンのアイス・マーチャンツなど、一流の映画祭を通過しています。アカデミー賞（2022年版と2023年版）で最終選考に残ったアレズ、またはサンダンス映画祭の公式セレクションに選ばれたネイト・ミルトン監督の「イーライ」。 同時に、幸いにも私たちが傍受し、ほとんど誰も見せていない未発表の逸品を大画面に持ち込むことを常に誇りに思っています。



私たちは、あらゆる種類の予算、ジャンル、文化的起源から、最高の新進映画を集めることを決して止めません。毎日、毎年、毎年、より刺激的な作家や関心を持つ視聴者が、この美しく挑戦的で創造的な旅に参加してくれるのを見るのが待ちきれません。
