General Rules & Regulations for Filmmakers

1. Eligibility: Films must have been completed after a specific date (usually the last 24 months).

2. Subtitles: All non-English films must have English subtitles.

3. Exemption: As an MIB-exempted festival, we prioritize artistic integrity, but films must comply with international screening standards.

4. Format: Initial submissions should be through secure online screeners (Vimeo/YouTube with password or digital upload).

5. Selection: The decision of the DIFF Selection Committee and Jury will be final and binding.

Rules & Terms

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:

(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)

(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)

(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)

(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.

2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.

3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.

4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.

5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.

6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.

7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.

8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).

2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.

3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.

4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.

5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.

6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.

7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.

8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

FIDOCS는 대화와 성찰을 촉진하고 관객이 영구적인 변화의 맥락에서 다큐멘터리 영화를 감상할 수 있도록 교육하는 데 중점을 두고 논픽션 작품에 적합한 방향뿐만 아니라 다큐멘터리 제작에서 이용할 수 있는 다양한 경로를 모색하고자 합니다. FIDOCS는 “THE REAL”이라는 문제를 해결하기 위해 경험이 풍부한 이사와 신진 이사 모두의 작업을 프로그램에 통합하고, 이를 통해 “무엇이 현실인가?” 라는 질문에 대한 다양한 차원, 규율의 경계 및 긴장을 고려합니다. 다큐멘터리 장르 자체도 그렇고, 다큐멘터리 장르도 우리에게 제공해야 합니다.

FIDOCS는 역사를 통틀어 라틴 아메리카에서 가장 유명한 다큐멘터리 영화제 중 하나로 자리매김해 왔으며, 현대 영화를 상영하고 비판적 사고를 장려하는 특권적인 플랫폼으로 자리매김했습니다. 매년 FIDOCS는 선별적인 큐레이터적 접근 방식에 따라 국내 및 국제 시청각 분야의 주요 인물들이 산티아고에서 작품을 전시할 것을 촉구할 뿐만 아니라, 이 도시를 영화 허브로 삼아 오늘날 현대 다큐멘터리 영화 관행의 위상에 의문을 제기하고 해석하고 다시 써내려갈 것을 촉구합니다.

칠레 및 국제 영화의 홍보, 포지셔닝 및 전시를 위해 FIDOCS는 세 가지 주요 대회를 개최합니다. 이 섹션에는 국제 경쟁, 칠레 경쟁, 국가 영화를 위한 신흥 단편 경쟁 등이 포함됩니다.

FIDOCS SCHOOL에서도 중요한 교육 및 확장 활동을 펼치고 있습니다. FIDOCS SCHOOL에서는 칠레 전역의 영화 학교 및 커뮤니케이션 분야의 학생들이 국제 및 전국 페스티벌 게스트와 함께 세대 간 및 학제 간 공간에서 마스터 클래스, 워크숍, 대화 등에 참석할 수 있습니다.

또한 FIDOCS는 학제 간 소명에 걸맞게 설치, 전시, 퍼포먼스 등 다른 예술적 개입의 상영과 함께 진행하고자 하는데, 이는 그 자체로 다큐멘터리 컨셉과의 대화를 의미한다. FIDOCS EXPANDED 섹션은 이렇게 생겨납니다. 사운드 또는 비주얼 분야와 관련된 다양한 아티스트, 비디오 아티스트, 영화 제작자들이 작품을 전시하는 곳입니다.
마지막으로, 선정된 영화는 페스티벌이 끝난 후 칠레 및 해외 여러 지역의 BEST OF FIDOCS 섹션에서 상영됩니다. 목적은 지역 차원에서의 영화 유통에 중점을 두고 국토 및 해외에서도 복제품을 프로그램할 수 있도록 하여 지역 차원에서의 영화 유통에 중점을 두고 축제의 문화적 확장을 도모하는 것입니다.

파라초 국제 독립 영화제 (FIICIP) 는 예산이 매우 적음에도 불구하고 영화 내러티브를 사용한 시청각 작품을 상영하고 시상하는 소셜 이벤트로 2012년에 설립되었습니다. 파라초 국제 독립 영화제는 독립 영화 제작자와 제작자가 자신의 작품을 선보이고 다른 사람들의 작품에 대해 배울 수 있는 공간입니다.

플로르 아줄 국제 단편 영화제는 2021년 9월 25일, 아르헨티나 부에노스아이레스의 도시 카발리토 (Caballito, 아르헨티나) 25 데 페브레로 문화 센터에서 개최됩니다.

TAF, 테살로니키 애니메이션 페스티벌은 10월에 열리는 연례 모임을 통해 애니메이션 예술을 홍보하는 그리스 국제 애니메이션 페스티벌입니다. 이 페스티벌은 곳곳에 예술과 문화를 “추가”하는 비영리 단체인 ADDART가 설립, 설립 및 감독했습니다. 페스티벌의 창시자는 애니메이션 예술에 대한 애정으로 가득 찬 예술가들입니다. 테살로니키의 중심부에 위치한 TAF는 어린이와 어른 모두를 위한 지역 및 국제 행사와 활동을 주최하여 창의성의 모든 측면을 장려하고 증진하는 것을 목표로 합니다!

For 18 years, the Lapacho Latin American Short Film Festival has strengthened its roots with the exhibition of regional, national and international short films, sharing experiences and promoting meetings between filmmakers from the province of Chaco to the country and the world.

The 2022 edition will take place in mixed mode: in person and virtually simultaneously. In addition to the functions in the theater respecting the care and prevention measures, and for the third consecutive year, the Festival will take place virtually through the page www.cine.chaco.gob.ar, where the complete grid, talks, workshops will be available. and master classes.

As always we will try to promote the meeting between performers, their projects and perspectives towards the future. The actors and actresses, the producers, the technicians, and also the other arts integrated in various forms will have their space in this festival of cinema. And of course, the prominent place will always be for the public that joins us from their seats and from the comfort of their homes.

1. 브레인 필름 페스트

브레인 필름 페스트 (BFF) 는 뇌의 놀라운 능력과 상태에서부터 뇌의 병리학에 이르기까지 뇌의 모든 측면에 대한 장편 영화와 단편 영화의 제작 및 보급을 조명하고 홍보하는 데 전념하는 국제 영화제입니다. BFF는 파스칼 마라갈 재단과 미니멀 필름스가 공동으로 주최합니다. BFF는 영화 공모전일 뿐만 아니라 영화제 기간 내내 뇌에 초점을 맞춘 다른 대면 및 온라인 사회, 문화 및/또는 과학 행사를 조직할 예정입니다.

제9회 브레인 필름 페스트는 2026년 3월 11일부터 15일까지 개최됩니다.

로마 프리즈마 필름 어워드는 스테파노 페를레타와 제작사 일 바르코가 2018년에 설립했습니다. 시네마 아주로 스키피오니가 주최한 이 행사는 첫 해에 엔니오 모리코네, 비토리오 스토라로, 니콜라 피오바니 등과 같은 위대한 이탈리아 전문가들과 함께 작업한 전설적인 이탈리아 감독인 실바노 아고스티가 심사위원장을 맡았습니다. 개관 2년 만에 로마에서 가장 오래된 영화관 중 하나인 시네마 데이 피콜리 (Cinema dei Piccoli) 로 이전했으며, 1934년부터 빌라 보르게세 공원 중심부에 자리잡았습니다.



2020년 9월, 우리는 새로운 예술 감독인 마르첼로 디 트로키오의 큐레이터십 아래 새로운 길을 걷기 시작했습니다. Covid-19 팬데믹으로 전 세계 축제가 문을 닫았을 때, 우리는 Twitch에서 월간 스트리밍을 만들었으며, 지구 곳곳에서 우리를 팔로우하는 수많은 커뮤니티가 있었습니다. 2021년 7월, 이탈리아에서 영화관이 재개장한 후, 우리는 유서 깊은 캄포 데 피오리 광장에 위치한 도시에서 가장 유명하고 특징적인 영화관 중 하나인 Cinema Farnese로 이전하여 두 달에 한 번씩 상영을 시작했습니다.

이것이 바로 프리즈마 어워드가 가장 커뮤니티가 주도하는 페스티벌 중 하나로 유기적으로 성장한 이유입니다. 지난 3년 동안에만 이탈리아, 유럽 및 전 세계에서 온 감독, 프로듀서, 배우, 영화 전문가 등 300명 이상의 아티스트가 모였습니다.



행사의 질을 높이기 위해 2022년 9월부터 시네마 파르네세 (Cinema Farnese) 에서는 매년 6회에서 3회로, 4개월에 한 번으로 축소하기 시작했습니다. 매번 영화관의 어두운 어둠 속에서 관객을 웃고, 울고, 감동시킬 수 있는 단편 영화를 선보입니다.



6년 동안 150개 이상의 국가에서 17,000개 이상의 영화 프로젝트를 접수했고 900회 이상의 심사를 받아 유럽에서 가장 많은 리뷰를 받은 #1 영화제이자 전반적으로 가장 좋은 평가를 받은 영화제 중 하나가 되었습니다.
