The Huánuco Film Festival is a cultural event that celebrates and promotes the film industry in the Huánuco region and Peru. With the aim of promoting appreciation of the seventh art and providing a platform for local, national and international filmmakers, our festival in these 11 years has become a benchmark in the cinematographic field of Peru and the world.
Pulsar Santa Fe will take place between September 26 and 29 at El Molino Fábrica Cultural in the city of Santa Fe and in this fourth edition it incorporates participating projects from Córdoba and Entre Ríos with the aim of promoting the audiovisual integration and cooperation of the Central Region.
This event is considered a platform of opportunities for the sustainable development of the audiovisual industry, producing synergy between those dedicated to direction, production, production, distribution, programming and development; and those who are part of companies, platforms, festivals, media, companies, government and educational institutions.

Selected participants will present in pitch sessions and participate in business meetings with guests linked to the industry.

The Festival Internacional de Cine de Oriente (FICO) presents its 17th edition, to be made between the 8th and the 11th of November 2024, in the beautiful town of Concepción, in the Antioquia region of Colombia.
The Festival Internacional de Cine de Oriente in this edition, recognizes the cinematographic production effort both national and international, and its official competition Vitascopio 2024 will be made up of national and international short films to be presented and awarded during the festival.
Under the main theme "Times of Women", will take place our official competition VITASCOPIO 2024, opening its doors to short film productions in fiction, animation and documentary, which will make part of the main short film competition to be screened along the general program throughout our festival, aiming to promote and stimulate the growth of cinema both in a local level as well as an international one.
The F.I.C.Y (International Film Festival of Yopal) is an event that will take place from October 13th to 16th, 2023 in the city of Yopal, located in the department of Casanare, Colombia. The main objective of this festival is to promote regional, national, and international film production and to strengthen the region as a center for the seventh art.
The festival aims to foster circular economy around audiovisual production, generating greater employment opportunities and economic development in the region. Additionally, the F.I.C.Y proposes new expressions of culture and folklore in the region, through the presentation of films that address themes related to identity and cultural diversity of the region.
The event will feature a varied program that includes screenings of national and international films, short films, documentaries, conferences, workshops, roundtable discussions, and cultural activities in general. There will also be competitions among filmmakers, with the aim of awarding the best audiovisual productions.
In summary, the F.I.C.Y is a film festival that seeks to promote audiovisual and cultural production in the Casanare region of Colombia, and contribute to its economic and social development.
The festival offers a contemporary and liberal platform for the filmmakers of the World to exhibit the excellence of the film art form. The aim is mainly to contribute to the understanding and appreciation of cultures of different nations. We hope to present complex human situations of this rapidly changing world in the globalized era. The Festival Committee reserves the right to exclude films which are not in conformity with aims of the Festival, or which could offend the national feelings and susceptibilities of any participating country, or are likely to promote racial discrimination. Films not presenting sufficient technical qualities for good public screening can be refused after checking of the prints by the Print Checking Unit of the Film Festival Office. Our first season received 187 submissions from 46 countries around the world. Among them are not only Emmy Award winners, Oscar and Bafta qualifying finalists, but also filmmakers who have been shortlisted for the top three European film festivals. It is an honor for us to be recognized in this way. Originally we only prepared a cash prize of 4,500 CNY, but we did not expect that so many outstanding filmmakers would actively participate. Now we have decided to add prizes that worth a total of 3,0000 CNY as an additional reward.

Our film festival is an annual event. Each year, a diverse slate of extraordinary official selections are invited to screen their projects in person at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatres located in the heart of the entertainment industry on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA.

In 2024, the Iquique International Film Festival (Ficiqq) will celebrate its 15th anniversary. Ficiqq is a unique event in the Tarapacá region that is financed on this occasion by the 2024 Audiovisual Development Fund, and is sponsored by SQM Yodo Nutrición Vegetal and produced by Volcánica Films.
The Santa Fe de Antioquia Film Festival Corporation decided, through the Festival, to turn the municipality of Santa Fe de Antioquia into a large movie theater and show open-air cinema, under the stars and framed in the colonial architecture of one of the Heritage towns of Colombia.
Over the years, the Santa Fe de Antioquia Film Festival has sought to bring cinema closer to the public through workshops, conferences, a central screening of films according to the theme, and training workshops. Works on the themes of Petroleum industry, the Environment and Human Rights will be accepted in documentary, fiction, animation/live action of short, medium and feature films footage and a video clips category. Works which fit the UN's SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are very welcome and may be included in special thematic panels. Works that are related to Petroleum industry and hard working situation will be awarded in different formats..
