During its selection process, the Festival will prioritise those works of interest that have their World, International, European or Spanish premiere at FICX as well as those that do not have commercial distribution agreements in the Spanish territory.

Centro Studi Sereno Regis presents GIVE PEACE A SCREEN, the first film competition for short films dedicated to the theme of peace and the creative solution of conflicts.

The festival is aimed at young Italian and foreign directors. Works of fiction and documentary films are eligible.

IMPORTANT: short fiction, animated and documentary films made by Italian and foreign authors which highlight the THEME OF THE FESTIVAL: the construction of Peace through the non-violent resolution of conflicts are admitted to the Competition. The denunciation of injustices and violence will be considered less central than the examples, real or fictional, of overcoming conflicts through nonviolent actions.

We Are Human is the first international festival and platform for dialogue dedicated to human rights in the age of AI. Edition 1 is placed under the sign of Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Filmmakers are invited to create a film of 1 to 10 minutes — fiction, documentary, animation, video essay, or digital art — using AI as a creative partner to freely interpret or challenge Article 1: "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights."

Free to enter. Open to all, 18 and over, solo or as a group. Selected works will travel the world: Paris, São Paulo, New York, Johannesburg, Nairobi Geneva.
3 awards — €10,000 total: Grand Prix €5,000 · Best Screenplay €3,000 · Ethics Award €2,000.
