Founded in 2003, IN THE PALACE International Film Festival is dedicated to short films and audiovisual arts. Originating as a competitive forum for student films, it is now a recognized platform for expression of both young artists and experienced professionals. Among the oldest in the Balkans, it is the only professional short film festival in Bulgaria.

IN THE PALACE ISFF is a Goya Awards qualifying festival and an Academy Awards®/OSCAR® qualifying festival for shorts in the categories of Best Animation, Best Fiction, Best Documentary, and Best National Film. IN THE PALACE ISFF is a member of the international network of festivals and institutions serving the short film sector – the Short Film Conference.

The Windsor International Black Film Festival (WIBFF) celebrates Black stories from Canada and around the world. Our 3rd annual event will take place on August 14-16th, 2026, to celebrate the contributions of Black filmmakers and storytellers internationally.

Festival days will include film screenings and premieres of our major category winners, alongside immersive discussion panels, followed by a red carpet awards night. Inclús is a festival of audiovisual productions, both documentary and fiction, focused on the theme of disabilities. It is an initiative of Associació Inclús, organized by the audiovisual company Fish Muvi.

The aim of Festival Inclús is to give visibility to audiovisual works about disability with a different point of view.

The 14th edition of Inclús, Barcelona International Disability Film Festival will be held from November 21 to December 1, 2026, in Barcelona. The audiovisual material of the finalists will be screened during this festival, according to each different category. There will be one award for the best submittals of each category.

The Oiasso Roman Museum and the City Council of Irun organize the International Archaeological Film Festival of the Bidasoa.

The aim of the Festival is to present archaeology to the general public, through the diffusion of audio-visual material resulted from the work made by archaeologists, assuring the promotion and the spreading of these films.

The Festival is being celebrated since the year 2001 and from the year 2004 it has four prizes: the Grand Prize of the Festival, the Special Audience Prize, the Educational Values Prize and Arkeolan Prize for Contribution to Science. Since 2006, it’s inside Fedarcine, the European network of Archaeological Film Festivals.

Transhumant Festival is an engaged cinema event to do the social transformation.
